Wait, we now have a alpha zombie that looks perfectly human we could stage Daine being attacked by some Zeds to get her brought into a hold out.

Yes, we will send her right into a group of soldiers. There is no way at all this could backfire. None at all. Not like we need our second-in-command to save our evil but incompetent ass every other stop.

Besides, they'll probably have our description by now. Would be hard to pose as humans unless we're in a crowd.

You decide to combine both the ideas the voices in your head had, now that they are finished explaining to themselves how sending Diane on a suicide mission might not be best for her, and attempt to get a car of some kind to serve as a roadblock.
Unfortunately, you just can't manage to find a good car that isn't guarded. Going farther away to a nearby road to catch a car was also unsuccessful. (both yer rolls sucked)
However, getting some zeds in early proves to be easy enough. It took quite a bit of zombies, however, and the military just sort of assumes that you gave up after losing about 100.
They were wrong. You have reserves.

In the morning, you see that the reinforcements have arrived. About 500 zombies managed to find their way here. Most likely, they are the chosen few that figured they should follow the tracks in the direction of the train. You fear there are quite a few zeds wandering around in random places now.
The more the merrier? You figure an outbreak should get started soon.
When the evacuation starts, you are there. In the sewers, of course. You sneak a peep outside, and see that you should be able to blend in with a crowd easily enough. After that, you go to an exit a bit farther away and get out. People are being put in large groups. Some are getting in vehicles, others just have to go on foot. Both of these get military protection.
In total, you have a group A, a group B and a group D. Either C has already left, or the guy making these groups is a goddamn hipster who has no consideration for people with OCD and figures the alphabet to be too mainstream.
This is just a part of the evacuation though, though almost half the city is here. They are using the main road, which is honestly pretty huge.
Also, the writer is a bit too lazy to look up proper evacuation protocols, so just bear with him.

Your horde stands ready, with Diane and the actors closest. As in, they are right below you, still enjoying the sweet aroma of feces and other such uncomfortable odors.
She tells you to please hurry up.

Dead kangaroos are surprisingly good at painting. One painted me once.

So we already have zombies planted in the evac groups?
Move into the zone of unseen stuff for cover, then signal the attack just before they start getting people onto the wagons.

Gets a few actor up there to merge with group b, and once the group gets moving to just start biting everyone they can and shoot any officers we see.

Yeah, humans are weak, they have "feelings" and "morals". Exploit that. Have actors crying, saying they're scared and they want their mummy to reinforce the effect. They'll hesitate shooting civilians, hopefully long enough for us to get the drivers and then start working on the soldiers. Maybe some idiots will come close enough to be bitten by the actors while trying to help the civilians. If we're quick enough, they don't know what hit 'em. Oh, and make a perimeter with regulars to prevent civvies from scattering as soon as possible.

Get half of our actors out, spread around the evac site, all crying for their mommies. Have them walk around, crying, bumping into soldiers and hugging them asking 'are you my mommy?'. Make sure said soldiers have gas masks on.

You send out your actors to mingle in with group B, while sending a few others to just wander around, crying for mommy. One soldier breaks formation, and gathers those children up to go to small group. The soldier then asks for parents to please look if their child is not among them.
Your actors are all mingled in there, and are probably smart enough to attack the soldiers first. So, with that, you sneak a peek outside, and see the unseen area.
Looks like they placed the vehicles and some other groups there, but A, B and D is still the largest amount of people in one place.

You decide to stop dilly-dallying(so that is a word, huh) and give the signal, namely you shoot a random schmuck in the face with a handgun designed to kill bears. After that, everyone panics. Soldiers are hesitant to shoot due to all the civilians, as you burst forth from the sewers with your horde. One of the soldiers however, seems to keep a level head.
He aims, and hits you in the arm. You chew his face off after a small sprint, while your zombies start spreading throughout. The military seems to be in the middle of panicking due to all the civilians as your horde starts to descend upon their checkpoint with the vehicles. Your horde has grown by about half the civilians by now, and the military is falling back, grouping together. That is a really dumb thing to do.

You bite a worm, confirming that you can turn these things into bombs even dead, and hit a good amount of them. You throw some more, eventually forcing the military to spread out. That was the last blow needed to basically end it, leaving only about 50 soldiers left in complete panic.
Most are attempting to get inside their vehicles, But the brutes (who just had to wait nearby as they don't fit in the sewers) arrive and stop the cars.
In the end, only  20 soldiers are still alive, and it looks like they'll be getting away.
No matter. You just expanded your horde rather nicely.

Pry out that arm bullet and wrap a bandage around it. Like normal.
Get some food, then take count of resources available to us.

Ideally, we don't want veterans of the battle, but I doubt that we will get them in time... (I mean the fleeing soldiers)

Alright. Blitzkrieg any survivors of the city left before those soldiers come back with reinforcements, and move on in a day's time. When we leavce, split the horde with Diane in charge of half, and us in charge of the other half, and start rampaging across the area(making sure to have cell phones to keep in contact!)

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.
