Now that you mentioned pregnancy and world domination/destruction in the same page, I think I should remind you that zombies have the serious problem of being unable to reproduce without a living being, much like a parasite. Might want to find a solution to that. Like either keeping some humans alive or asking someone if smart zombies can reproduce.

No more kind leader, that hasnt worked. We will rule them with a fist of iron. Each person will have their own zombie bodyguard, who will stop them of doing anything smart stupid. They will go naked if needed (To make sure they dont have weapons or stuff). They will be forced to breed, and overall, we will not permit them to suicide in any way. Get an pair of banshees, menace anyone who rebels not with death or infestation, but with ETERNAL PAIN.

No, we don't.  To get zombies similar to ourself we need worms... probably.  We know we don't need worms to get smarter zombies because we've already had Actors turn up randomly from basic infection, and we've had the option during -- uh, I guess you could call it level-up -- to make our basic minions slightly smarter, more coordinated and capable.  We've also seen, when operating from Snowflake's perspective, that some worm-free zombies are already genuinely thinking, they just aren't very good at it.

All pages. Yes, of course some are smart. Probably the smarter ones as human, such as stronger ones become brutes. Zombies keep characteristics of their former self, and we can direct their evolution to increase their instinct. Yet, we saw Snowflake had a lot of ploblems for something easy as teamwork. The zombies evolve, just like every living (and unliving) being, but i think theres a limit for what they will be able to do without a parasite, and they are able to be smarter due to our presence. You saw how Feral Zombies (Zombies that didnt consider us leader) were.

Really humans are a split between sheep and shepherds. And then off to the side are wolves. We need wolves.

Another thing to remember: some humans might decide that nuking the entire planet and living in underground bunkers (or the Moscow metro) for the rest of their lives or outright commiting suicide is preferable to living as zombie slaves for ever.

We can make our own bunker (or take over one), send as many zombies as we can, take tools and dig tunnels to them.
Also is very possible that we are radiation proof.

Else, if we dont need to breath, take over sea (part of original plan) and live there until we can come back.

Also raid nuclear silos.

They re heavy guarded, yes, thats why i said some posts ago our method to gather up an army.

What use do we have? Inspiring fear in the humans, causing them to surrender easier, and a nuke we control=a nuke they cant use agaisnt us.
If militars caught us, they would kill us.
With a nuke everything changes. We have something to negotiate. Our safety for not nuking their country.

Its not exactly cliche to attack humans with birds dropping explosive worms, blue whales and rampaging zombie elephants... (What would happen probably if my plan comes to work)

How? Brutes are stronger than them, in the farm we would make sure they have no weapons, 1 brute per person to make sure they dont try anything, etc etc etc.
They cant really fight.
And the menace of eternal suffering in hands of a banshee should scare the masses away.

Also, if my plan comes to work, it will be time till we claim an magical creature for our army.

One nuke isn't enough to nuke a country. I know the biggest theoretical nuke is just enough to take out a chunk of alabama.
