One for yourself, one for later, such as a time when it will save someone's life.

Ask Diane if she wants to be a smart one, she would probably accept, and I feel attached to her. Being a smart one would also make her more capable, explain to her how being "infected" is a improvement.

we have already discussed this with her, she told us she'd think about it and we promised not to force it onto her, If I recall correctly. no need to bring it up again. it kinda freaked her out/made her uncomfortable.

No we didn't, we need more smart ones, but only the ones who only like us.
But don't do Diane yet, let her choose.

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

I said to ASK her IF she wants to, not force it on her. How in the world did you get the idea I wanted to force it on her?

So, have we completely looted this place?
There might be some nice equipment around still.

Right.... How to do this.
Let it bite you. In the neck for the best result.
How is it possible that it spreads through bites?
It turns itself inside-out by pushing itself through the small wound they create. Then they grow again until they reach maturity.

You look a bit disturbed by this, but then you just put the damned thing up to your neck.
It bites, and quickly goes in. This is a very very VERY uncomfortable feeling. It gets to its destination pretty quickly, and you gain a new ability.
You keep the other worm in the glass tube you found nearby.
You also take a last look around the labs for anything of use, but you find nothing except for a malfunctioning turret that hits in the belly. (roll= 1)
The armor works, at least.

I'm keeping the other one for when it's needed. So, Diane? If you decide to make the change, It's always available now. Remember, I'm not forcing anything.
Diane sighs, I haven't made up my mind yet.
Let's just leave this place. I just about had enough of it.

Also you leveled up,I guess. What do you want to do with it?

Personal mutations
Enhanced strength
Small claws (also goes together with stronger bones in your hand, to prevent breaking your fingers.)
Better regeneration.
Berzerker(You are a lot less tired from raging.)

Horde mutations:
Regeneration
Very minor speech
Memories. (will allow the basic zombie to operate simple stuff, more so if this was their job.)
Enhanced strength

Health: Better.
Energy:Shaken awake.
Armor: Bulletproof vest, strong pants, good stompin' boots, Helmet.
Infectivity 31%
Hunger: Well fed.
Durability level 2.5
Inventory:4 Biobombs. 28 worms.Smith & Wesson Model 500 (loaded), 10 .50 caliber bullets,  4 ammo boxes of .50 cal ammo. MP5SFA3,  4 clips.
Gun experience: Can hit stuff.
Safe-house security:None.
Rage: Used for today.

90-ish normals ,29 armored, 10 actors,Snowflake, One Banshee, one Giggleman. Blood-wing. 1 brute, one crawler.
Closest Friend: Diane
Friend:Bennie
Savior: "Theresa's Whisper"
Paternal relationship: Katey.
Broken hostages:Sasha Kriloff.(away)

You also unlocked a guaranteed perk:
Writer stops being dumb: The writer will now actually use rolls instead of determinating success by thinking about how it could end up.
Upsides= the game is actually a game instead of a story of the adventures of captain zombie and his mentally insane posse of humanized pony characters plus some other peeps.
Downsides= It's probably a bit more difficult.
