Have a small contingent of actors and brutes go around and find another path into the court.
IF THERE IS A PLACE for them to stage an attack, cause a distraction by coughing violently and falling to the ground while the actors and brutes charge.
IF THERE IS NOT A PLACE for them to sally forth, then have us distract them - again, with coughing and stumbling - but make them face away from the alley we lurched from before. Once they are all facing us, charge in and infect as many as possible.

You strangely meet nobody along the way until you get to a small courtyard full of people.
A quick look at the banner and you find out that it's a hunting federation.
Lots of people with guns.

I think we should brake this down.

No to attacking them. GM is probably going to give bonuses on their fire-arms. Of which they have a lot.
We don't have that many people. We need to thin them out first before we do anything.

Use the resent explosion to distract as many of them as possible. if five or six stay, we and the hoard can rush. if 20-30 stay, we are stuck in an unwinnable battle.

I won't give them accuracy bonuses.
But will give them 10 turns as the other 50 would have to shoot their buddies to get to you other-wise.
The only ones that get accuracy bonuses are trained soldiers, heroes and the occasional gifted person.
This rule only applies from this point onward. as i said in the beginning this is my first story and i am rather clumsy with deciding what you get when you roll good or bad.
Some tips on that would be great, if possible.

I think that by that point, he'll be so high he'll look like:
A) a bird or
B) unnoticable

If he looks like a bird those guys will probably just go right ahead and shoot him. It's too risky, simply have them bring us to the ambulance and then while the ambulance is enroute to the ospital, bit the docs and get out of the back. Act incredibly calm, so as not to provok anyone. Have the hoard follow through the alleys, or otherwise un seen, possibly the sewers, and met us either at the point we get out of the ambulance, or out at the hospital.

The only way I can see getting the above message to the hoard is to act delirious and sound like we are shouting nonsense, but that the horde can still understand. In that case the medics will probably tie us down, but we can break the bonds in all likely hood.

+1 if you mean saying there were other poeple that were injured from the explosion

You attempt to yell at them that the hospital exploded and that you took these injuries before the explosion.
You also yell that there are others who need help where you came from.
The actors got the hint and took along the normals and Mike when they start coming out of the alley, crying.
Most of the square looks in horror at some of the wounds the zombies have.

The horde is now close enough that an attack can be made. But it would still be risky.

No, we should wait until our horde is within the group. If they're hunters they will most likely have rifles which are pretty awkward at close range.
