Just an idea maybe you should open a third tab with the size and condition of your horde...

Maybe you should first get some more ground in the city before you get to surrounding towns? Because it's not exactly easy to get out when you are a bleeding maniac when people started hearing of violent, wounded crazy people.

Also the horde tab is an excellent idea, thanks for that.

Also snowflake is alive but not doing too well.

Lets find a safe place for Snowflake to rest and recuperate. He's an invaluable asset to the team.

Idea. Is there any heavily forested areas? If w can find a place of cover, we can find a way to support our numbers. And I agree. snowflake has proven to be too valuable to waste away. find a place to hide and feed him.

After the last policemen was killed you quickly call all your zombies to you and go west towards the forest. You quickly chomp on some of the dead cops gaining 5 new friends.
You also send out a zombie to wait at Mike's spot so he knows where to go when he comes back.IF he comes back.
However the screams and twisting of metal alerted a powerful looking man with a shotgun. He looks like he's been preparing for the end of the world.

I ain't gonna let some zombies take mah city!

Have some lead you undead fuck!

have your horde attack him, try to get to his backside while he's occupied.
after he succumbs to the onslaught, eat his brain.

Now that I think about it, Snowflake was really muscular before he was zombified, and then later became a strong zombie. This implies that a person's traits during life determine (or at least have a hand in) their traits during undeath. Therefore, if we want to have smart zombies, we need to raid the nearest research institute immediately!

Of course, we need to survive this encounter first. Let's rush him with our normal zombies and get another muscle monster!

You order your zombies to rush at him and surround him. He is to preoccupied with jam as he most likely expected your horde to be a bit slower. The first zombie bites his wrist causing him to drop the gun. This causes the gun to fire but it fortunately doesn't hit anyone. Your zombies quickly bite him in more places he probably never expected to find teeth in and he dies quickly. A few seconds later he rises again.
You take the supplies off of him and get: 50 shotgun shells, 1 first aid kit, one syringe containing... something, One copy of the scouts handbook and a teddy bear.
The fallen survivor quickly snatches the teddy bear out of your hand, hugs it, and puts it back in the pocket you found it in.

Sorry about the late update.

Also I'll tell you right away that the traits a person had during their life does indeed affect what kind of zombie they will be. But Smart zombies are a different case. They have a specific way to be created.

Eating the brain would allow the person who lost their brain to use their brain.
Great logic.

Or if you mean letting regular zombies eat brains... Just because you were a coroner doesn't mean you tried that.

I don't care that it tastes like calamari! You don't eat human flesh unless you have a good reason for it.
Also please say what to do next or you will just sit there picking your nose for an hour.

You sit there picking your nose for about an hour before finally going west. You meet nothing else and get out of the city.
Moving into the heart of the forest you sit there and start thinking of what to do now.

Let's have the drones make a shelter for Snowflake, then have a detachment of them go off and search for nourishment among the animals that inevitably live somewhere around here. What season is it, BTW? If it's winter we might get lucky and find a hibernating bear. Also, do we know if one of our horde was a long-distance runner? If so... Fast zombies!
