As useful as her mental competency is, and I understand what your on about, she clearly isn't sufficiently reliable to depend on her for that anyways, unless she is injured.

Anyhow I don't see why some of you guys' balls dropped off when it comes to killing off Diane.  We murdered a fucking school full of children and you guys were fine, but its suggested that we try to kill off an insane cannibalistic murderer who may get us killed and you say you don't have the stomach for it?

Its not as if characterization is a character specific property.  I'm pretty sure if it was feasible everyone would get some development.  As it is I am just assuming the effort will be redirected elsewhere.  Thats kinda OOC reasoning for the game anyhow though.

Alright, looks like Diane may be salvageable.

Also perhaps we can make Diane into one of whatever we are, if we can get the information?  We were obviously changed for the 'better' (read: horrifically evil) so perhaps Dianes insane side would be permanently placed into an upright and locked position.

We'd need more information though, and test subjects to make sure the process is safe for Diane, before its even worth making the suggestion.

Dude who would keep those? I think (and hope) we just left them there. Diane might have destroyed them as part of her revenge.

Also yes it seems viable to just horrifically scar Pinkie's mental state in order to keep Diane. Until Diane gets better at controlling herself anyway, then she might be able to channel her personality somewhat so that she can socialise better than an oyster with lockjaw.
