You call an ambulance, explaining somebody got throw out a window and another just fainted. They promise to send an ambulance as soon as possible, and you just kick back and pretend like your bleeding, which isn't too hard as you just take a roll in the glass without your armor on.
It doesn't hurt much, and you go back inside and put on your best "bleeding to death" impression. While you are sitting down, you also get a sudden case of vertigo, alongside Diane. You can't really fall while in the chair, but Diane fell down.
Perfectly timed, the ambulance arrives, so Diane just stays where she is. Before the docs get there, you scribble down a note for TW to stay where she is and spam the vid about a bit.
The ambulance people get to work quickly, putting you and Diane on a stretcher while comforting you. Your feeling of vertigo passes for being in shock, at least.
On the ride to the hospital, some changes happen. In the context of this story, it's a level up. To Diane, it's a terrifying feeling as she feels like a thousand bugs are under her skin. She starts frothing at the mouth and is starting to go crazy after a while, so she gets some drugs and it's back to normal.

When you get to the hospital, you're changes will be done, if any. Pick a perk.
Claws: You gain small claws that are razorsharp. They grow larger during rage mode.
WAAAGH: You can rage twice per day
Weird-ass biological stuff: When using a weapon, you let out some Weird-ass biological stuff to make it a bit tougher and harder to break.
Hyper-active metabolism: You regain health upon eating meat.
Fiery gastric reflux: Allows you to vomit a highly incendiary liquid that ignites upon contact with oxygen. You are highly resistant to your own bile. This can go up two meters far.
defensive plates: You gain retractable bone plates.
Horde perks:
Speech: Allows speech from the horde, though it is limited by their intelligence.
sponginess : allows them to compress their bodies, similar to cockroaches.
