We are injured, TW has feinted... Why don't we just call an ambulance?

The good old Trojan horse trick. Tie and gag the paramedics and lock 'em in a closet, then sneak into the hospital with the ambulance. Face masks and medical clothes make for great disguises...

Edit: Also, "deamon of plague"... Just words or something more? Could the worms be related to demons?

Could be, but not necessarily. After all, "deamon of plague" is a pretty fitting description of what we are.

I was going to say that demons and magic don't exist.
Then I remembered that magic does and demons have a decent chance of being a thing that's real.

I... actually support the ambulance idea. Just dont hurt the people and keep the bloodshed in general to a minimum.
