Just a question girlinhat, how long does it normally take for them to package an order? I mean I've purchased a somewhat large order and I know what the shipping time will be but I'm curious on how long it takes to actually pack the order for shipping. If you have any knowledge... thanks! :D

Depends on the materials.  Anodized Aluminum ships the next day or sometimes same day.  They package that into bags, so the entire "making" process is putting a bag into a box.  10k gold takes half a week, because that's made to order only.  My experience has been 2-3 days for making and then additional days for shipping.

Alright because I bought quite a few anodized aluminum rings of various colours and then the hauberk & coif kits I suppose would take longer seeing as they contain many more rings.

Just an FYI, to anyone who may want to pick up on mailing:

I love their rings, but I probably won't be buying clasps or extra supplies again.

In particular:

This is the clasp from the front, so it's facing the thin edge, and is looking at the large arch part of the hook.  This was the angle that provided the narrowest view, it's simply too warped to face directly head-on.

This one shows how it's bulged with excess metal material, and also how it's warped at the ring part.  It looks like bad lightning here, and while it's an overcast day the lighting available is solid.  That's not an optical illusion made by reflections, it's twisted and warped in all the worst ways.

They arrived twisted together, I have to wonder what manufacturing method was used to produce them already tangled...

Clearly they were manufactured using black magic. Perhaps they go bumped around during shipping.
