I'm wondering if you used ye olde depot deconstruction trick. That may explain the import/export disparity.

You have walled or closed up your caverns as your military is either filled with experienced soldiers now training in other disciplines or just new recruits.

You have a monarch.

More answers!  There are a lot of these, so feel free to keep guessing about anything I haven't revealed yet.

My military is composed of four 10-dwarf squads, two of which are marksdwarf squads, and one five-dwarf captain of the guard squad.  These squads are on a staggered three-month rotation, so they train one month out of every three, with no more than two squads training at a time.

Useless fact#3:

Sax Louse, A Sex Soul, and Axle Sous are a few of the anagrams that can be created from "Soulaxes", the name of the fortress in question.

Also you are a traditionalist when it comes to graphics, but not to fortress design.
There's such thing as traditionalist design?

Also, you've breached at least the first cavern, and have a river or stream on your map.
There are typical tactics and designs employed by most players, at least in the first few years unless they're challenging themselves or the opposite, so far as I've observed.

More specifically, the most efficient fortress design is a pillar straight down into the earth, central stairs/ramps/whatevers and surrounding rooms.

Anywho, this thread is all good fun. I'm going to further suggest that between the first and second screenshot, 3 children grew up into peasants. You've also got quite a few baby-makers, which suggests quite a few married couples, which suggests a high idler count.

Last reveal for today!  I'm just copying stuff out of a pre-made text file right now, to ensure I stay consistent.  All the info in italics comes from this, with additional comments coming based on points other people have mentioned that I didn't think of earlier.

For defense, I rely primarily on a combination of cage traps and drawbridges.  I am currently excavating a drowning chamber, but I have yet to complete/use it.

My highest-ranking noble is my baron, who is also captain of the guard.

Actually, that reminds me of something I should have mentioned at the start: this fortress is completely vanilla.  I also don't use DFHack or DT.

You I missed a crucial post.

You have vermin as pets.

You have a hospital with the Chief Medical Dwarf idling at the ready.

My only real megaproject is a massive waterfall running through the middle of my dining hall.  The pumps in the one picture are part of the drain system, which recycles the water so that I don't have to feed it from the river.  The flooding that happened there was because of a pressure miscalculation, which I eventually corrected.

You can see part of my waterfall system in the lower-right corner of this image.  The "one picture" I'm referring to is the one with the five pumps and the muddy hallway.

From this one, I can say your Dwarves really have a lot of guts.

You have 1 wrestler in your fort. I can't put my finger on it but that's the most glaring part of your settlement. Disregard the amount of meat or wealth or anything else. 1 wrestler. It's suspicious beyond belief.

The power for the pump stack comes from a series of twelve pumps and thirteen water wheels.  The blood- and extract-stains in the upper-right corner are from the intake squares of the pumps, where I had the water poured in.  Because the corridor around the water reactor is narrow, my dwarves would walk through the shallow water in the intake squares (before I switched everything on), which washed off the blood and FB extract they were covered in.

The pump stack I am referring to here is my waterfall contraption.  All together, it requires around 500 U, with 1300 U provided by my water reactor.

When I took that picture, there was only one wrestler among my currently-active military.  I actually have something like six total.  My rotation schedule throws up some odd results on occasion.
