I guessed the first based on the fortress name. As for the second, you only have six stoneworkers. If you used blocks for aboveground construction you'd probably have more, and if you had made a megaproject with blocks you'd probably have more masons than anything else.

(By blocks I specifically mean stone blocks)

EDIT: Oh, you also don't use siege weapons much/at all.

Your military just got insanely slaughtered by a metal FB with a nasty syndrome.

I know this - it was just a blind guess.   We can't see his whole unit list, so...

You are dirt poor. And from the look of it, a bridge is all you have for defense.

This is your 8th year and you set worldgen to medium. Or was it short? The option that stops at 250.

With 243k of architecture wealth, you must have built something quite large, or a large amount of small things. With only 6 stoneworkers, I'd have to guess a lot of small things. Also, keeping in mind the 12 miners, you primarily dig, instead of building up.

My opionis:
You need 97 more dwarves.
You need 300 red cloaks.
You need 300 iron spears.
You need 300 bronze/copper shields, bronze/copper pairs of boots.
You need 300 bismuth bronze helmets.

Yes, but he also has 9 metalsmiths, so his constructions could be metal blocks or bars. It would bring up the architecture wealth faster, but then he wouldn't need 12 miners.

You have a fairly substantial military to deal with the occasional goblin, but you have then deactivated most of the time to help with hauling stone for the megaproject.
