What rocks can be used to make weapons?

I've been trying to make stone weapons for a while now, but no rocks of them seem to be "hard" enough. Could someone give me a few stone types that can be used in weaponmaking?

Said stone above can be gotten sometimes when you dig in the earth (specifically at Igneous layers, near volcanoes) or when Magma and Water collide.

if you have copper you should not have any problems getting B-grade weapons

This is the one. I believe that it needs to be 10000 in order for it to be able to make weapons out of stone, else wise it will be unable to.

I've always wondered why obsidian is the only stone for stone weapons. I know it's an aztec reference but surely even a wooden stick or a rock in your hand would be a lot better than biting and kicking badgers to death before you can forge metal or carve wood. I'd love to see the ai one day capable for grabbing stuff off of the ground to use as needed or hurl at the enemy before they close - could get some rather funny moments with say a cyclops knocking over a squad with the thrown body of their fearless squad leader!

That might be tricky to pull off without turning all throwers into mass looters that pick up anything they find. It would suck if every ambush that came along would vomit your entire supply of ungathered logs and the socks from the last ambush or imagine if they walked over your stone supply or the dump.
