Works for me. And it's probably be a better idea to get a few expensive higher leveled items than a bunch of cheaper low leveled ones.

I'm fine with that. It like a group fund for items and whatnot. It would make selling things a lot easier too.

Especially when, like most times, we don't get a number that can easily be divided by 5.

So, ideas and shopping. We need to sell this helmet if noone is taking it, and we need to get a fullblade and halberd for our barb and dwarf. I'm not sure that taking halberd's was the best idea, but I'm sure he can make it work, plus having a reach weapon in the party is pretty cool for pushing enemies into zones that I can make. (Fucking love being a wizard in 4th edition!)

As for ideas, well, we could go ask around for those names at the custom's office. We could send a message to the captain guy about this whole doppleganger bullshit. The letter did say that they were gonna keep watching the client, aka the prince, and since they are probably going to try and replace him with a doppleganger some time, then they will need a good time to snatch him so we should keep watching him for any attempts.

Any more ideas?

If the halberd turns out to be fail, I'll just retrain later. I never tried it before, tbh. And since a halberd counts as an axe as well as a polearm, it's still dwarfy. I still have to be adjacent for opportunity attacks, but now all of my weapon powers get a little extra range.

Plan sounds good. I'm not sure going back to the customs office is the best idea, seeing that someone might recognize us. I don't suppose we can disguise ourselves?

Why would we need to disguise our- oh right, the fight in the warehouse. I forgot about that and how the guards acted... Why did they act like that?

Refresh my memory. What does the helmet do again? It's too late here for me to think properly.

Allows you to switch initiative rolls with a willing ally. I'm pretty sure it's a daily, and is used after rolling but before combat starts.

The guards weren't professional criminals, they were just ne'erdowells he hired off the street.  Once it was obvious you were going to kill anyone they didn't want anything to do with you.

And yes, it's a daily, and you use it as soon as initiative is rolled.

Also, has Cript posted a background for his character?

I can imagine the guards seeing the mess just thought 'we don't get paid enough for this crap'. And yeah, go ahead and sell the helm.

EDIT: Also, what's the selling rate for equipment? I've got a set of hide armor to sell, and a sword too if I'm getting a fullblade.

I switch out Form of the Willow Sentinel to Form of the Relentless Panther.

Daily ✦ Polymorph, Primal
Minor Action Personal
Effect: You assume the guardian form of the relentless
panther until the end of the encounter. While you are in
this form, you gain a +2 bonus to Reflex and a +1 bonus
to attack rolls against enemies marked by you. In addition,
you can shift 2 squares as a move action.
Once during this encounter, you can make the following
weapon attack while you are in this form.
Standard Action Melee weapon
Effect: Before the attack, you shift your speed.
Target: One creature
Attack: Strength vs. Reflex
Hit: 2[W] + Strength modifier damage, and ongoing 5
damage (save ends).
Miss: Half damage, and ongoing 2 damage (save ends).

Anyway. As for utility powers I have a choice between a crappy heal, turning a area into cover for my allies, ignoring difficult terrain, or +10 to a Perception check. Since the heal only heals between 5 and 10 damage and we already have two healing capable people I think I will not get that (on the other hand it is a minor action only, but it is less heals then what I could get from allies. Worth it? Eh.) The cover is okay, It actually does cover a huge area, 49 squares, which might very well be worth the standard action. The ignore difficult terrain might be sorta useful. Or it might never be useful. The +10 perception might also be useful. Or it might not. But being able to make a check at +17 is hard to pass up.

Then I am taking Improved initiative.

Also, has Cript posted a background for his character?

Oh right.

Well, keep in mind that Zako creates zones of difficult terrain every time he uses his ice spell, so being able to move through it freely might be helpful. Cover also sounds useful considering that we have so few ranged attacks.

Er, I think I'll let more experienced players help with this one :/

Since you're in a big city you can assume supply and demand is normal enough that merchants sell things for the list price and buy them for half that.

As for difficult terrain, I've been a little neglectful of creating interesting terrain in my zeal to use Adventure Builder to make fancy new monsters.  Difficult terrain avoidance will have a use.

What's the list price for that tactician's helm?
