I thought about that too. Psionics aren't in so I figure Collision wouldn't work (to me that's the most broken of the properties, seeing as it gives a permanent +5 damage bonus that early on...), and I couldn't find the Speed property anywhere (I only looked on the wiki, the SRD, and the two DM books admittedly) so I have no clue what it does, and wouldn't be able to use it. Nerfing/removing that ability the Extended Chi feat entirely would be fine with me, although I will admit I'd miss the Ghost Touch property. ^^^;

Edited for clarity.

Speed is the same as a Haste effect. If you take a full-round action, you can attack an extra time with your highest bonus. So instead of 3 attacks, you make 4. When added with the Collision effect you have +20 damage on top of everything.

Yeah, get rid of that then, I mean... Kanesrae seems kind of bad right now and she ain't got that kind of bonus. >.>

Should I break out the Thanuva build to show you have barbarians do damage?

Lets see... +19/+14 on his attack rolls, and [4d6+19]+[4d6+19] with an average of 62 damage. Sure he needs to rage to do that damage, but that's still a lot of damage. He's not even power attacking.

What I'm trying to say is that Kanesrae isn't overpowered.

It probably just seems that she is (to me, anyway) due to the fact that Tali is not really spec'd for damage and Thenash only attacks once per round, and so Rae has scored the majority of kills in the party. Anyway, I'm still looking around for interesting classes and concepts to base an alt off of. Any suggestions? ^^^

Dashing Swordsman looks pretty good, as does Spirit Detective. The Detective might be a bit out of place, though. I kinda like Smasher.

Rapid Strike from Dashing Swordsman should say that it doesn't stack with haste, or else it's open to a LOT of abuse.

Spirit Detective looks very interesting for an RP-heavy investigative campaign, but it's useless in battle. You only have so many pieces of paper, and then you're down to whatever you happen to have. Probably a crossbow. Still a cool idea with interesting features.

Please no Smasher. That is broken beyond belief. When I glanced at it the first thing I thought was Monk1/Smasher19 with a Monk's Belt, and Superior Unarmed Strike. Trust me, it's broken.

1. I get your point about Rapid Strike, especially the latter two versions. If it behaved like Flurry of Blows, I'm sure it'd be fine. Otherwise... You killed my father. Prepare to die. :3

2. That's what I like best about Spirit Detective. It's very character driven, and the abilities (while not numerous) are interesting. ^^^

3. I haven't started work on anything yet. :P But that's a good point. I do have a tendency to go right for the overpower. :\ (Clarification Edit: I don't mean this campaign. I mean me modding NWN2 so casters have unlimited spells, that sort of thing.)

I'm also liking the look of Focused Tactician.

I'm going to make a healer alt. We need one, and my character is fairly fragile once he's not hiding.

EDIT: How about a Healer (Miniatures Handbook, p.9)? It has more heals per day than the cleric, and I'd be healing +5 extra points per heal. To top it off I get to ride a unicorn.

Did I mention that the healer is a compulsive gambler? :P

Ria also has healing abilities (Augment Healing feat, lotsa healing spells), but I don't see the problem with having another one. :3

@Sky: Um. Sorry about that, didn't meant to divide your reality by zero there. :C

@Dwarmin: Stupid plan number one!
1. Make alt class a Focused Tactician.
2. Port Pasha over from YaK.
3. ???
4. Profit! :P

(More seriously, I like Ria. ^^^)

Nice. ^^^ I think today's session starts in three hours? I'm not sure, but I think Sky said 1:00 her time.

PM, of course. ^^^ I'll look back through the thread and see if I can find her post, then quote it here.

Couldn't find it in thread, must've been IRC or game session unless it's me not remembering things properly (most likely the case, I have a poor memory).

Figured it out, lackluster memory capabilities playing tricks on me again. Fool said he could make it any time after 1:00 PM, which I for some reason remembered as it starting at 1. Sorry about the confusion. ^^^;
