From what I read, the foe is pushed to the closest non-spell square. So, 5' to the side.

And, the Twin Spell, Explosive Spell, Energy Admixture feats seem to make for a very fun wizard :P (stamps approval)


I'm not so sure about the Diversified Casting - it kinda seems to defeat the purpose of specializing... hmm...

Ooh... the trickster feel 'Metamagic Trick' is very very useful looking :P Quickened Disintegrate at appropriate level!

First Mini-Session : A lesson in Ethereal

The party defeated-

Two Ethereal Marauders (Advanced Hit Die)
One Spellwarped Ethereal Marauder (Advanced Hit Die), 1 level in Monk
One Fiendish Ethereal Marauder (Advanced Hit Die), 1 level in Paladin.

Thenash's XP : 590 + 200 rp
Tali's XP : 590 + 200 rp
Kanes's XP : 590 + 300 rp

Cript / Shoruke / Elfcollab : 400 XP

Loot obtained:

One +3 repeating crossbow
One mysterious greatsword, with mysterious capabilities.
One pair of +3 kami

Missed loot: 10 platinum coins


The party encountered a marauding quadruplet of Ethereal Marauders. They blinked in and out of sight (Ethereal Jaunt, to be precise) and managed to almost - kill Wheatly. Also, Kanesrae acted a bit crazy after touching the mysterious magical sword. A passing high-level Sorcerer used Bugsby's Grasping Hand, Hold Person (which Kanes got out of by a critical throw), Arcane Sight. The accompanying bard danced with Kanes.


The next session is slated for Friday. Anyone able to meet at 5 o'clock EST or earlier?
