A) It was great! Though my opinion on dwarves has changed now that I've been on the receiving end of their xenophobia.

B) Not really anything that really needs fixing.

C) The portrayals were all good in general; you do a good job of making the characters be distinct from each other.

One portrayal of note would be the dorfs. Within a half of a minute of real time, you managed to switch my opinion of DF dorfs from 'lol dorfs' to 'I'LL KILL THEM ALL!!!' Kudos on that achievement.

Another question about dire animals: I have most of what I think the stats would be for a dire leopard, but I'm confused about a couple of things. The bonuses to attack and damage rolls don't seem to match up with any recognizable causes for any animals I've looked at. Does anyone know how to tell what they should be?

Does this seem like a good template?

Thanks for the link! I corrected the stat table with the stuff listed on that page; in two levels, Lucus will be able to get a dire leopard as an animal companion.

How was the session?
Great! Although the Dwarves were Xonophobic to the point of downright insane... which I suppose is to be expected of DF Dorfs. The Bronze Colossus was a challenging opponent, and Toman had a huge hero moment where he managed to beat an enemy by tackling him to the ground, taking his weapon, carving him into tiny bits and throwing every piece into a fire. Which, in retrospect, sounds like a Portal reference.
I also liked how the magic-immune enemy came at us along with several mooks, so that I still had something to do while fighting it.
Also, elephants. XD I didn't know they were so badass in D&D, but apparently they are!  :o

Lastly, I still need to know what happened with the super-secret magic event with Azasar.

Things to fix?
There were a lot of times when we made silly decisions because we couldn't see the walls around us. I honestly couldn't tell what was up with the drawbridge for a while there, there were several doors that we couldn't see because the VBLs were oddly-placed, and there were a few times where we had to deal with not being able to see 5' in a straight line because our sightlines hadn't been updated. The cage could also have used a pog, or a drawing, or something, rather than just an indent in the wall.

Also, Auvergne is starting to get on my nerves. We need to level up a lot, fast, so that we can take her down before she hits level 21.

How are the NPCs?
Azasar needs more lines. Or emotes.
The White Owl was well-done, I thought, although Anarose was being somewhat douchebaggy about not explaining why it had to be killed with extreme prejudice for a while there.
The Dorfs were slightly more racist than I expected (their default treatment of elves is "whatever, trading partner doodz), but in the end they acted appropriately for their abysmal CHA scores  :P.
If Auvergne is going to be a sympathetic villian, she needs to put less effort into killing/trolling/threatening us. Showing up immediately after a boss fight and then demanding we give her the spoils (you know, our entire reason for being there) does not make her look like a nice person. But then Rae's talk with her made her seem like a decent person. Persona whiplash aaaaah
Lyliss was... kinda strange. I have a feeling we're either going to have a boss fight in her immediate vicinity, or against her personally, in the future.
I think I missed most of Urist's characterization because that's when I had to leave, but I like how he ended up panicking when he realized how utterly screwed he was.

I'd say Chain Missile's secondary bolts cannot penetrate Shield. Other than that, treat it as MM.

@Shoruke

About Auvergne - Maybe she's acting? Or lying? Or maybe she's crazy ? :3

About the VBLs - I think it's because 'Light - Off' doesn't mesh nicely with VBLs and Fog of War. I'd like to write it off as being a side effect of preparing it hastily... but I'm not so sure.

About the secret event - I haven't got around to that yet... Think about it: The DM thought it was a throw-away even, but the player goes after it. Therefore, she should make a new storyline, integrate it into the existing convoluted outline and hopefully make it fun! At least it'll be done by this week >.>

About Azasar - Yup. :3

Sorry, I'm not trying to throw off your storyline with this, just developing Rudra's character.

It's not throwing off my storyline. It's more like you gave me a good chance to perhaps increase the complexity of my story... Maybe make it more than black vs. white?

Also, I'm feeling unmotivated today ;( I think I woke up at 11.

I think I want to drop the Saint. I think I was being ridiculous when I decided to make it. It hits hard, and it does tons of damage, but the Saint has very little flavor to him. Other than justice he never really had anything to talk about. I'm going to have him leave in a somewhat reasonable way that furthers Luke's story.

I'm replacing him with a fast twitchy big-eyed long-armed aberrant-blooded Wood Elf scout. Most characters would feel creeped out by him because his arms are almost touching the floor when he is standing, and he's twitchy. I still need to write the flavor, but this time I won't introduce the character until I have a more detailed backstory complete with religion, interests, and fears.
