Nope, not of that "Hive-Mind, All-powerful, should have been able to take care of the gates on their own" OBlivion guard crap. 

Everyone you fight is either a martial artist or just a vicious person. 

Also, it's still possible to fight, you know.  Can't use the right hand, or elbow, but the shoulder is still viable, not to mention the rest of the body.

Erm...I hope I'm not sounding repetitive, but you can't actually do that sort of thing.  It would be perfectly alright to suggest "STRIKE!" and I'll probably add a shoulder ram to the combat log.  You could actually develop a DOUBLE SHOULDER STRIKE if Flash Gordon had level 2 striking, but he doesn't. 

Right now, all you can really suggest is general combat...along with running away.

Strike his temples whenever possible, or strike his neck.
