Well, I say that we put a seed of corruption in all of the nobles them. We donīt want them to leave and then forget about their duties to us.

And, lets set Flames of madness to medium organisation, with Balthanor the Necromancer as the one who makes the decisions.

Hey the King had a daughter, hell whatever age she is, even if she is three, put her in power, all the more funny if we do that. Her 'council' of nobles will all be puppets to us anyway as well as she. But just in case, let's put a bit of corruption in her. And hey best-case scenario, we may have just found a playmate for Alyshtr or something like that.

hell yes!

Kill the mages, puppet government (with king's daughter on throne if she is under 10. if above 16, consort bis, second demonic daughter :P), accept/enslave soldiers.

Next target is Culloden. Use the Titaneghoul there once it has recovered. RAZE IT TO THE GROUND. meanwhile, corrupting Dolnar and other cities.

Conquer every town and city.  You're a demon, not some scheming human, remake the continent WITH WAR, BLOOD, and PAIN.

Make the nobility into soldiers and seargants in your army.  Mutate them into lieutenants for Dal'kah.

Of the soldiers, accept their fealty.  Corrupt them slowly, add them to the armies.

Kill all the wizards and those that still refuse conversion.  NONE MAY LIVE

BARR MUST BURN.  IT SHALL BECOME SO INFUSED WITH BLOOD AND DEATH, EVEN THE LESSER DEMONS WILL AVOID IT.

Leave the Titaneghoul in the keep, enchant the place so it can't get out unless you want it to.  It's like a nuclear bomb.  Only drop it on your enemies when you want nothing less than sheer death and destruction.

Corrupt the land.

I'm trying to suggest stuff that an actual demon would do.  Krinkle may be cunning and a corrupter, but bloodbaths and massacres are to him what bread and butter are to us.

If 11-15, consort for Nameless. "So, I heard how you like the after party. I saw this, and thought of you. No. You can't let it free. No. You can't give it away.". Heh, that would never work. Suggest 15 or younger, puppet, just to round it out.
We should try to get everything BUT Culloden. Once we have the weight of Barrtal behind us, we'll have enough human soldiers that Culloden won't have enough good to put every single one of them down.
On the idea of playmates for Alyshtyr.. if we find an infant son/child son of the king, we can secure blood legitimacy of Barrtal("Yes daughter I am marrying you to this child. Yes I am aware you are possibly too young."), and hey, the kid would grow up in good(evil?) hands.
We should infuse our lands with evil, so that our most devout(like, THE MOST devout, the top 1%) worshippers slowly take on attributes relating to us, like, for example, unnatural blue eyes, flame-like hair, useless vestigal extra arms, that kinda stuff(and maybe items(which are evil-ized, like weapons/torture tools/idols to us, stuff like that) are twisted slightly? I dunno, maybe just magic ones.).
We should offer Dal'Kahh the option for a beneficial mutation(provided he doesn't go insane from it, or die), as a reward for his service, extra arms, special uber-eyes, flame hair(ala Needles Kane)?

Also, if we ever do take Barr, and burn it to the ground, it would be interesting if we could do something radical.  You know the Lich King right?

I envision the Tall Man to be like that, only with a more crimson color scheme ;)

Seriously, I imagine that if we sacrifice Krinkle's mobility, and admittedly a lot of physical power ( more than a man, obviously, but not nearly as much as what he's got now  ) we could reinvest the energy into mental.  Imagine having the magical and mental power to subdue the will of an entire kingdom, or multiple, several continents away.  That kind of power would immensely improve the chances of any of our roving armies.

Plus, it would make a cool centralised government, with Krinkle's territory, forces and people distributed literally around him.  We already have Dal'kah, whom I'm guessing would be a pretty interesting Arthas Menethil, in this situation.

Sure, we'd lose the chance to be Godzilla again, but the immense trade off could be worth it.  No wizard, ALL the wizards could not stand against Krinkle if he were to assume such a form.  And besides, if the form proves too disadvantageous, a large sacrifice could be enough to propel the Tall Man back to his "normal" form.

whaddya guys think?

no. I prefer having us moving around. But If we were to face too strong opposition, we may prepare such a place somewhere, so if our physical form were to be destroyed, we could go Eye of Sauron/Ner'Zuhl all over the place.

We need more magic-wielders. Secure those wizards loyalty, do not kill them (Though, the only options I see are kill or break their minds...)

There's really no way to just win them over, or corrupt them?

Also, kaian-a-coel thanks for the moderate suppot.   :-\   Eye of Sauron, another great example, but I chose the Lich king because the general stuff that Krinkle already has really, really mathces.

We have a powerful warrior, whom we could possess in order to assume a physical form ( Dal'kah = Arthas )

A necromancer who is apparently loyal to us ( Balthanor = Kelthuzad )

Plenty of undead, but we won't focus exclusively on that.  Right now, the Tall Man is a bit of a cross between Kil'jaeden and Archimonde.  Forgive the overused Warcraft 3 references, but they do seem to be appropriate.

The wanderers and elder wizards mount a token resistance; you
-Break their minds and use them as slaves
magic wielding ghouls? Hell yes!!

 Of the nobility, you
-Accept the fealty of some; of others, have them sacrificed to you- picked at random.
but don't tell them that it is at random. think of the fear and torment of them not knowing who will live and die, also think of the gratitude of those spared...

Of the common soldiers, you...
-Accept their fealty; add them to your armies.
mutate those loyal to the nobles we kill, the others join the rest of our troops.

You will deal with the remaining towns by
-Sending acolytes and cultists to slowly convert them.
the ones "belonging" to us by virtue of their lords switching sides get the same contingent of cultists but they go about their work more openly.

Dolnar specifically will not surrender easily at all So
-Kill them all. Let the Barr run red with blood, and none but the dead stalk the streets of Dolnar-on-Barr.
additionally turn it into a haunted ruins unsafe for mortal habitation.

As an aside, you need to do something about the Titaneghoul again. You should
-Put it back in its cage.
-Leave it in the keep. Reinforce the walls with a little magic, and it'll provide an excellent Titaneghoul playhouse.

ether of those two but make sure we can retrieve it when its needed in the future.

Whilst you're at it, maybe you should do some work on the kingdom
-Work on corrupting the land in general; continue corrupting the Barr, but also spread Akatrees and fill the soil with evil.
digging to hell might be a plan but there is no guarantee that anything released would be loyal to us or not just competition.

also we promised the king that he would see the princess suffer we simply MUST keep that promise.
so make her a consort (or keep her until she is old enough to become one), we're immortal, not like we're pressed for time on that subject. this time make a demonic son to rightfully "Inherit" the throne and rule in our name while we do other stuff.

big no to becoming any sort of artifact throne or otherwise.

I don't like the idea of a new consort, little Alice the half-demon won't like it, think of how the pseudo-ghoul current consort will react.

The idea for having a male inheritor is worse, Alice will rip the fetus out of the new consort ( which I still don't like ) if she gets the chance.

If the source of this is to make a legal heir by combining the blood of Krinkle and the princess...he's a demon.  He doesn't need legal rights to the throne.  He doesn't even need the throne, he'll rule through fear and strength alone if he has to.  I see no benefit of doing this.

Quote from: Presumably a poorly made vote tally
@ The wanderers and elder wizards mount a token resistance; you
-Kill them. {Unanimous decision}

@ You then turn to the surrendering forces. Of the nobility, you
-Accept their fealty; allow them to 'rule' their former lands as your puppets. Four votes
-Accept their fealty; seize their lands and have them serve as warriors in your armies. Two votes

* Have the nobles convince their people to join your rule.
* Put the seed of corruption in them.

@ Of the common soldiers, you
-Accept their fealty; add them to your armies Three votes
-Enslave some, accept some. One vote
-Kill them. One vote

@ You learn that whilst most of the army marched here, a small garrison was sent to every town in the kingdom to bolster the local militia. If their 'rightful' lords return to the towns, they would probably surrender easily; otherwise, you will have to send forces to conquer/convince them to join. You will deal with the remaining towns by
-Leaving them in the hands of their 'lords' (requires not killing all the nobles). Two votes
-Sending acolytes and cultists to slowly convert them. One vote

@ Dolnar specifically will not surrender easily at all. Though much of the garrison joined with the army, those that remained had permission to arm the peasantry if things went poorly, and the city is well prepared for a siege. Even if you capture the town, you would be dealing with resistances and uprisings for months, if not years. So
-Corrupt the city slowly, until they join you willingly. Two votes
-Kill them all. Let the Barr run red with blood, and none but the dead stalk the streets of Dolnar-on-Barr.
Three votes

@ As an aside, you need to do something about the Titaneghoul again. You should
-Put it back in its cage. One Vote
-Leave it in the keep. Reinforce the walls with a little magic, and it'll provide an excellent Titaneghoul playhouse. One vote
-Use it in your next conquest. One vote
-Send it on a rampage outside the kingdom. Out of sight, out of mind- except in that the chaos and destruction it brings will hasten the land's fall to evil. One vote
* Use it on Culloden. One vote

@ Whilst you're at it, maybe you should do some work on the kingdom, now that it is all but yours. For example, you could:
-Work on corrupting the land in general; continue corrupting the Barr, but also spread Akatrees and fill the soil with evil. Four votes
-Organize some sort of new governance for your territory, as that you may train new soldiers more efficiently. One vote

Other
@ CFM
- Raise it's organization, Balthanor in command.

@ Nobility and Royal Blood
- 'Marry' one of the King's children to your daughter.

@ On Dal'kahh
- Reward with a mutation, using part of your power.

So the ones in * are suggestions out of the choices, and if not stated (label of votes), they have one vote.

If the choice is not in any of the above, that had no votes.

I think we should create a new champion, or empower Dal'kahh, maybe turning him into a lesser demon.

Also new servant idea, the Unknown, highly corrupted humans who have been trained in stealth, and espionage, they wield powerful dark magics allowing them to go unseen until they strike their target down. They also have the ability to summon imps at will as their large pools of demonic energy allow them to control up to a dozen at one time.

Assassins?

I like.  The imps part, not so much.
Its just to keep them from dying easily, as they'll be quite expensive to make. Plus it allows much easier infiltration for the Assassin.
