The titanghoul should be warped slightly to allow it to go into hibernation sleep when we dont need it. so we dont have to spend so much energy controlling it when its not fighting.

Allow the titaneghoul to continue trying to get them, then find a convenient window, and look in on the king, if not possible, request he be brought out to a balcony/parapet to speak with you. Then this:
"Hello, Malcolm. How are you? I'm just peachy, myself. I have had my pet fed, my forces expanded, and a king delivered to my doorstep." Then laugh, cooly. "But I am a fair demon, Malcolm, and I am willing to make a deal. A deal I offer to those lucky souls to be delivered to me, but in your case, I may have to make a special.. exception." Note: I am not sure on what the king's name is, so if it's Malcolm, all is peachy, if not, replace Malcolm with his name.
Something like that. We offer them a chance to work for us, they refuse, we continue as normal, they accept, we raise their troops as zombies for them, place a mind hold on them, and send them to attack the guys planning to invade them.

Perhaps we should enslave the king, it's very useful. Some corrupted mages are good, too.  But collapsing the keep is a good punishment for their hope to defeat US... And they still have 1500 soldiers, it's hard to enslave\corrupt all without a fight

Everyone in our assasin group died... Heroes (read fools)....  I hoped that greater spectres could survive, I liked this guys. But still, our casaulities are so minimal, epic succes.

Some kind of peace treaty with (preferably corrupted) Malcolm is also an option... We may let him rule part of his former kingdom as our vassal

Then when we next face an army with magic users, it wont be just KY vs the lot of them, and we also have a puppet, who can later be another champion for us. We should then offer the rest of their army a choice. Being inducted into the cult, being eaten by the titan-ghoul or being consumed by KY.

No, slaves are much less useful than cultists or vassals, we should offer nobility (including the king)  to come and swear their allegiance to us, in exchange we may  offer them a part of the kingdom. Then we may let go free everyone but most pious of commoners

I'd say request: Boat-of-Garten,  Dolnar-on-Barr, Culloden (this will be razed) , Aviemore, Let King and his nobles to rule the rest (Aonogake, Nairn and   Rothes), as long as they are our vassals, members of our cults, provide forces for our wars and build temples in our name they'll stay relatively free

Guys, vassals are very useful, If we make the king our vassal and cult member we'll bassically win many wars and sieges in one day. And king didn't do anything to deserve our wraith... So I reapeat again:

If kings refuses... then mutate him horribly in punishment for disobedience and let go free. But some nobles will agree
