I'm quite happy with that plan, but we need to weaken them first. Hence:

Wait, we're demonic, evil and chaotic, why are we being polite enough to do a pitched battle?

KY should haunt the dreams of their army, corrupting the good men and turning the neutral. He should single out the weakest priest/mage and destroy his mind before moving onto the next, if they band together, he should avoid them and strike at the unprotected. Get the corrupted soldiers to sabotage the army, and when enough of their magic users are gone, send spectres in to haunt them.

When everyone is exhausted, terrified due to all the magic users randomly dying or going insane, and all the food and water supplies have been ruined, then we have our corrupted soldiers make a fight of it, and only then do we bring the battle to them.

Seems like a good preamble to the slaughter. +1

Also we should look into ODST Titaneghouls from the sky! :D

Wow, those ghoul derivatives are a lot smaller than I imagined.
Baneghoul is twice as tall as a man, and very... chubby to boot.
The Titaneghoul... yeah, it's actually a quite a bit bigger than portrayed there. Scale it up 50%.

No to sending spectres, guys, they'll get easily destroyed by few priests\mages\monsterhunters... We need spectres in battle...

And we shouldn't spend much time doing this weakening , maybe one night before the battle, no more
And enemy has mages\priests that can... you know.. hurt us in a mental  battle.
Also, don't forget that we may not see some hidden things, like powerful artefacts  or good spirits

War must be, while we defend our lives against a destroyer who would devour all; but I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend.

I think it should be more than one night. I personally think it should be at least a week.

Then we'll lose many villages\helmets AND enemy may think that all that demon can do is hide behind walls and bring some nightmares, and their morale will go up, not down

Why do you think that they are unprotected against that kind of attack and will go mad? Again, we lost with such attack in Akataki against much less ready force

The have 100 priest and 50 mages, that's more than 150 mental might, much more. And they surely have amulets\wards\artifacts

We wont lose them if KY is doing it while our army marches to them and sits outside, we'll be multitasking. And he won't ever be facing all 150 at once, he'll be looking for the individuals, or small groups that he can easily overcome. It wont just be him trying to mindbash them all in one go.

And we didn't try to attack an individuals mind at Akataki, we tried to sway an entire town simultaneously, there's a big difference.

Don't you think that they protect each other?

And I doubt that we need a week to march to the battlefield.

In short: I am strongly against any mental attack before battle, because, IMO  - It's very likely that we will improve their morale and lose some mental might, underestimating the enemy is a way to lose, look at Culoden. We need all our mental might for the battle

It would be better to strike at them when they aren't expecting it, than wait for them to prepare themselves and strike as one on the battlefield. We're giving them the advantage of numbers if we don't do anything.

Again, why are you so sure, that they not expecting this? Do you think they are total morons? They don't get ready to magical attack, because? They know that they are facing a demon. And they know that demons know magic. They know that demons may have incorporal forces, and ready for that, too

AND you offer to attack night after night, even if they aren't expecting attack in the first day, they'll get ready for  the next

They are going to expect it less than when they are on the battlefield. And if they do expect it, they'll set wards. which we need that week to analyse and slip through. And by examining those wards we'll know more about our magical foes.

can we, you know, decide on something? Take the items that have got the most votes and list them together. even if you dont personaly like it. then we can start with a sequence of events and decide on that.

Hm, 750 archers, each one with blessed arrows. Hey, Nuke, can we lift up the ground? We could create a shield from the ground. Or we could try to bend the wind to our favour, if possible, if that doesn't work...
Maybe create clouds that can take arrows for us? Get a giant shield forged?
Lets get Black Imps to trap the NW area of Hugh's Fort, from underground. We should send a dragon to drop a message off at their fort(from high altitude). The area NW, in two days(after we've spent the last 12 getting our underground buddies to trap the fuck out of it). Be there. We should get our forces to look like they are suddenly mobilizing, they're running around, shouting orders at each other when the enemy scouts are looking at them. Like they're following the orders of a madman.
We still need to deal with the archer problem. A legion(or ten) of shitty imps jump out of the ground and DISTACT them? Just throw a fireball at their archers? We could send in sneaky imps to light fire to all their arrows. Or a fire elemental. Perhaps we could plant hypnotic suggestions in their archer's minds while they sleep?

I still don't understand, why do you think that Krlnkir is stronger then all their mages\priests\monsterhunters combined and will bypass the wards

We are more outnumbered for magical warfare then we are for convential combat, so I am sure that fighting in this field is a bad idea.
