How about this. Use the black imps to dig under Culloden. Dig in such a way that the city collapses. While that is going on, the city can be slowly and secretly striped of its resources and supplies.

also, for the blue imps, why not make them able to spew a hypnotic gas? That can be useful for infitrating and weakening. Because of their (I am guessing) small size, they can get into towns easily. In fact, because they are water based, they should be able to use their gas to take ships from harbors or sneak onto ships and lead them to the wrong places. (i.e. no mans land.)

if we leave that place alone, we risk getting hit in the ass if anyone marches from their. The worst thing you can do, and i realy mean the worst thing, is to leave it be, good dosent diminish after it kows it can kick your ass. I say lay seige and use that black imp idea to cause an avalanch.
How do we bring all that black imps there?  And they can't march through mountains in same way as our armies can't. So kicking in the ass isn't very likely When we get to the points where Ian abd Barr meet, we can consider diverting forces there, not earlier

seige the place. we dont need to spend vast amounts of resources to do it and itll help in the long run. it can also, act as a trainning for any new generals we wish to have ie: that experianced acotyl i suggested sending.
Again how do you plan to bring Sintaurs through high mountains? And why do you think that we can bash their gates with our puny forces? Why are you so sure that they just can't goo out of city and massacre our forces, instead?

Well, because they are already created, and modifying is basically creating a new kind of imp. Also look at my green imp proposal, they can create illusions\hypnosis

But guys, ATM we must go defensive. simply must

Let's analyze our army

Grunts
200 Armed Cultists, 15 Sergeants, 200 Armed Zombies, 80 Skeletal Warriors, 23 Ghouls,
So 500 soldiers, that worse than average nicely equipped infantry.
But let's be optimistic and say that enemy needs 500 infantry

Cavalry
32 Armoured Sintaurs

I think it is roughly equivalent of 60-80 well trained knights, if not less

Heavy infantry
45 Beastmen,,  4 Armoured Baneghouls,
Good guys, let's say an equivalent of 500 soldiers (again It's optimistic)

Aviation
3 Black Dragons, 20 Red Imps
Nothing that 500 archers can't take care off.

All other forces are either siegers, or commando, or unimportant

So, without KY our army is an equivalent of at most 1500 enemy soldiers without magic support. 5000 soldiers with magic support will just rape this force in open field, and I suspect that Barrtal will send something like that after defeat at Akataki

We must go defensive, Mordor style, especially after we got lucky and received mostly intact town

-Cities
-Portals or Tunnels connect all cities
-Install More catapult or siege weapons:
-Slightly increased range, nothing other special
   -Increase walls
-Terrain:
    -Burnt: Corrupted earth:
-Blue imps colonize all water sources
               -Have forces destroy edible trees
-Burn some forrests, ignite peat layers( Minor underground fires, looks normal until you step on it)
-Spread edible looking but poisonous plants
-Have specters and other ghost like things haunt the lands
-PAssive: Autoresurect some death people, powered by the suffering of others
-Troops:
    -Need archers
-Summon wild beasts to haunt the land
          -Quickly multiplies
          -Some what controllable(By necromancy)
          -STeals food/ attacks travellers

Our black imps were made for tunneling, if they can get into a settlements store rooms in the course of a few hours before a siege, i think they can pass under/through a mountain

i was thinking hit and run tactics, their in the mountains, their highly unlikely to have any form of cavalry, we hit the food caravans etc, and if we give our sintaurs crossbows/bows we can do hit and run very efficiently for minimal loss potential.

And i dont want to bash their gates in! i want them to damn well stay their! inside! starve behind a stone wall. Just because your seiging a place dosent mean we have to batter the gates down. That was in reference for why the rest of our army would be able to spare a relativly small cavalry force that tbh: wont do much good in a defensive seige situation (for protecting our lands) unless we need them to do a hit and run tactic against enemy army(s) with afor mentioned crossbows/bows.

As for the defensive im all for it. I just want to keep these buggers hemmed in or harrassed, the easyest way is to cut their food supplies off.

So, hey. Point of clarification: you cannot attack Culloden for the next few months. They won this round.

It's demonic and nice, but we have to many human peons to do this, that's why i Want to slowly replace them with imp\mutant peons

We do have archers, they called armed cultists, when we'll have akatree crossbows we should make special forces trained to use them
As for beasts, we may mutate more creatures like Giant Rats, but again, human peons... they are doomed, but now we need that mortal slaves

If we start plundering the area around our cities now(Gathering all food/ destroying forest, killing edible wildlife), we will both prevent an incoming army from gaining any supplies and at the same time gain quite a large amount of supplies.
After that our food stocks will plumet but with a bit of luck we have enough time to change our human peons into something more useful.

U.R. wants to replace them with imps/ mutants. We might make them cannabalistic or simply make them resistant against some of the poisons. Also, create giant nets and fish the river clean, if we destroy the fish stocks here, it will certainly have an effect on the supplies up/down stream.

Also, what happened with the source corruption, has it had any noticeble effect yet?

The problem is that we do need our worshippers. And in the (very very) long term, we need peons able to reproduce. I think human peons are a good standard unit. With imps/mutations used at special tasks.

Well, maybe we can make the Giant rats resistant to the poison and then use them to feed our people?

It almost winter, so invading army will have problems with the supplies anyway, I am against spending resources on corruption, that can be spent on increasing armies\infrstructure.

But I really like that mass hunting\fishing thing, we'll increase our food stockpiles, and at the same time make besieging harder. Amd i'll remake my big post around that idea

And evil Marahadja is right, we need some human Peons, so destroyng all food sources is unwise

We can save that - "make a desert" thing against Culloden when we get them

Personally, I'd just like more recruits and monsters added to the army.

The Tall Man can't become Sauron/Morgoth without a massive army to assault all Middle-Earth the world.

Well, I donīt know with you. But I am having a hard time seeing the problem with the enemy eating our food. I mean, do you really think that enemy soldiers will survive untouched if they eat from our fleshtress, from our ratfarms, or anything else? Lets focus on making our food sources more corrupted instead.

And when the enemy tries to siege us. Let them try to resist not drinking from the (now more and more corrupted) river, from our ratfarms, or flashtrees. With a bit of luck. We will actually gain troups if the enemy tries to attack us.

But if that is going to succed, we need to make an effort in corrupting the food and water here.

And NRDL: We will have our chances of making superduper evil armies aswell. Donīt worry about that!

They won't be eating from the fleshtrees, the rat farms or whatever corrupted food resource there is. They will just forage from the forest or (slightly) corrupted river.
The whole point of the action is to destroy all non-corrupted food supplies( which are way to large to corrupt) and replacing them with corrupted ones(Or not replacing them at all, depends on how much you want to invest). Besides, by destroying the wildlife/ fishpopulations here, other settelements across our borders might face shortages as well.
