My plan:

Krlnkir Yrlvnt
1) Our dauther likes imp pets... Let's gift her one more. Green one at this time
2) Offer the guard to become the brothel manager, to ensure that "girls are treated nicely" Order the "girls" to seduce him and lure in constant orgies
3) Teach consort some denonic language and magic... if she survives that, good. If not, not a big loss
4) Move to Grantown
5) Investigate Grantown's cemetery, if it is possible to create really powerful undead, create. Else save it as a source of evil for warding\imp summonings
6) Put some wards in city (we will fight with wizards, soon so it's necesarry)
7) Start populating empty houses and port with civilian imps (we can always enlist them as an army, but they should be useful as peons, too. Resource base is important). Summon all types of imps: red, black, blue, green, yellow.

New imp designs
1)Green imp:
Appearance: Froglike
Advantages: amphibian, jump, illusion magic, hypnosys
Disadvantages: cold-blooded, susceptible to fire, no direct damage attack

2)Yellow imp:
Appearance: Jelly, but usually prefers humanoid form
Advantages: becomes extremely corrosive at will
Disadvantages: slow, destroyed in water

3) feel free to offer more

CFM
1) Design Akatree crossbow
2) Upgrade one more acolyte to experienced cultist
3) Upgrade cultists to acolytes
4) Raise  Amberarshs, but carefully stockpile them in inactive state
5) Research imp summoning

Followers of the Tall Man
3 power Recruitment
3 power Espionage

Missionaries of the Alternate Faith
1 power: Recruitment (nobles, merchants, wizards, only important peoples)
1 power: Gathering resources

The realm
One time orders:
Forge darkbarr steel gates for Grantown
Arm 200 peons

Long term orders:
Transfer resources to the CFM (construction material, firewood, small animals, food) : 10 resources per week
Build a tunnel between Akataki and Barrspring mines: at first 1*1 metres, then expand to 2*2 meters, then to 3*3 meters: 10 resources per week (not halt it completely, but we need resources elsewhere)
Build slave galleys in Akataki: 10 resources per week
Build small temple-forges and shrines (or convert existing temples) in all conquered villages and helmets : 40 resources per week

The army
Mostly garrison Grantown and help peons to fortify it.
But keep a small garrison in Akataki, too.

All off above valid until enemy army comes, or another important event

I would say that our best course of action would be the continued conquest of the smaller settlements in the kingdom. Absorbing these small communities into our demonic realm, increases our sustainable production by a large margin, while weakening our opponents as well. Also, Culloden should be put under siege. A large-scale protracted siege would keep the word of this "hope" that they speak of under wraps. We don't really need to commit a large portion of our troops, just enough to keep supplies out and the citizens inside. (A detachment of Sintaurs would be best for patroling around the town)

Already desecrated

 *28 rather than 7 ghouls,
 *four sprawling legs for stability
 * two sets of arms: one normal scaled up extremely strong baneghoul arms, one pair humongouslly long and whit a great many joints and many many spindly fingers http://goblinscomic.wikia.com/wiki/Mr._Fingers
 * the main brain hosed in the centre of the creature. The many smaller heads should be enough for sense.
 * gaping maw, styled after that of lampreys, on top into which victims can simply be dropped.
Nice, but I like mass imping the town more. Resource base is necessary

More Hubris... If we advance with this army, we'll get raped by a big army with priests and mages. Let's not blitzkrieg , we aren't that strong. It's time to go defensive

And no way, that detachment of sintaurs can besiege the whole city

Because I think it is interesting and I don't want to see it die due to lack of interest.

And all these reader-people who have nothing better to do than read my rambling descriptions of a demon doing some stuff can at the very least repay me for the wealth of updates I bring them by reading and responding to any thread I command them to.

Heh heh heh.

Ah heh heh heh heh heh.

Nice, but I like mass imping the town more. Resource base is necessary
I'm suggesting we do ONE of these, as an experiment/psychological warfare/rare special missions numbers can't do well, not that we base our army around things like this. I agree imp armies are more important and efficent, but a) we're a DEMON, my idea is fun and demonic! b) we can easily do both, this thing just costs a few slaves, and we have thousands.

Well, I say no to mass raising weak dead from cemetarys (IMO, imps are way more useful ) and no, to many new ghouls\baneghouls, because it is possible that we may get besieged and then we may have problems with feeding, but making one that thing is cool. I'll add it to the next my ideas + consolidation post

My suggestion + slightly modified Armok's suggestion

Krlnkir Yrlvnt
1) Our dauther likes imp pets... Let's gift her one more. Green one at this time
2) Offer the guard to become the brothel manager, to ensure that "girls are treated nicely" Order the "girls" to seduce him and lure in constant orgies
3) Teach consort some denonic language and magic... if she survives that, good. If not, so be it.
4) Move to Grantown
5) Create 27 ghouls (to round it up to 50 and have balanced numbers of different sized ghouls)
6) Create an experemental superbaneghoul (need better name)
7) Investigate Grantown's cemetery, if it is possible to create really powerful undead, create. Else save it as a source of evil for warding\imp summonings
8) Put some wards in city (we will fight with wizards, soon so it's necesarry)
9) Start populating empty houses\port\moat with civilian imps (we can always enlist them as an army, but they should be useful as peons, too. Resource base is important). Summon all types of imps: red, black, blue, green, yellow.

New designs
1)Green imp:
Appearance: Froglike
Advantages: amphibian, jump, illusion magic, hypnosys
Disadvantages: cold-blooded, susceptible to fire, no direct damage attack

2)Yellow imp:
Appearance: Jelly, but usually prefers humanoid form
Advantages: becomes extremely corrosive at will
Disadvantages: slow, destroyed in water

3)

It seems fine, to me. As many games often get forgotten in the post list.

Also, I don't think the Guard would enjoy that, we need to gain him over to our side. And he's too polite for that...

I had no better idea for interaction with the guard.

Try giving him a good side of you (ironic, but demons are good at trickery), sway him in by directly asking him what he wants or needs, other than the want of your demise.

Try...warming up with him by using your consort, she helped him and his broken leg, explain to him how life goes on (if you choose to serve) using her as a vassal maybe?

I have a little idea, that I am not sure about.

Maybe we should make another long term investmeny in a new champion and mate with female black dragon?

UR consider this:

if we leave that place alone, we risk getting hit in the ass if anyone marches from their. The worst thing you can do, and i realy mean the worst thing, is to leave it be, good dosent diminish after it kows it can kick your ass. I say lay seige and use that black imp idea to cause an avalanch.

it dosent matter if those sinataurs can seige a whole city by themselves, our usual tactic is bash down the gates and butcher everything!
seige the place. we dont need to spend vast amounts of resources to do it and itll help in the long run. it can also, act as a trainning for any new generals we wish to have ie: that experianced acotyl i suggested sending.
