Excellent
So my proposal, alpha version

1) After one month of preparation Force one (KY, all red imps, 2 black dragons, 50 spectres ) will attack Culloden

2) After one month of preparation Force two: (136 Armed Zombies + newly armed zombies, 70 Skeletal Warriors, 20 Spectres, 10 Beastmen, 20 Armoured Sintaurs, 13 Ghouls, 4 Armoured Baneghouls, 120 armed cultist+freshly converted, Dal'Kahh the Avaricious, 10 sergeants, 180 slaves (non combat force, they carry supplies, "feed" ghouls, move and operate catapults) + newly created land forces) will attack  Grantown.

3) All other forces garrison Akataki and patrol surrounding area

4) Preparation: (in order of importance)

1) Forge catapult(s),
2) KY creates new sintaurs and beastmen  (up to 50% of creating power), cult forges arms for the new sintaurs
3) KY summons new black imps for the land army. They will be siege engenieers (20%)
4) KY summons new red imps for the airborne army (30%)
5) Use weapons of the defeated army to arm more zombies
6) KY spends his free time in a river, near the source, to corrupt it slightly. Unnamed guard should visit him there, sometimes, either voluntary or by force
7) Cult worships and sacrifice to compensate might leakage
8) Dal'Kahh + Sintaurs+Spectres+Dragons: Try to catch some fleeing soldiers alive and bring to KY for converting into cultists
9) If power\resources left - (re)build docks in Akataki, we need a fleet, not now, but later

5)  The CFM
1)Balthanor the Necromancer sneaks to the CFM by conventional land travel, takes the kid Acolyte with him. Use this opportunity to teach some magic to the kid
2) Research  defensive magic

Edit: Added docks

Can we telepathically order our spies in their cities to report on how stable the hierarchy is in each?

Edit on the reply below: Can we just use what the mortals call him? Less suspicious and more brand-like sounding. Crinkle's Jelly!

Facepalm.  :o

-we should excrete a gelatinous substance from our body and sell it as a "Personal Lubricant" it would be called Krlnkir Yrlvnt's Jelly
or just KY Jelly for short. (this is why we should never shorten our name like that again.)

and +1 again to UR's plan.

Posting to watch the awesome.

Oh, and when we can, we need to acquire a proper Death Knight. Lawful Evil, Black Plate, Lance, Warhorse, Duels the opposing White Knight, yadda yadda.

our current flying forces should fly ahead of were the retreating army is and basicaly burn vast swaths of land, keeping a watch, when the soldiers inevitably have to cross it theyll get fireball'ed from the sky.

Going around this burned patch would make the survivors take even longer and we can just move our current cavalry forces up to take villages and burn the food stocks etc so even less make it back.

Personaly i want to grab that poncy leader of theirs. That sword needs disposing of.

Hmmm, it was stated that it takes about a month or so to round them all up. Aiming for their leader or any trustworthy source seems better as it does not go under 'all', corrupting that sword would give you a free weapon for a new battle-oriented Champion, *Looking at you, Guard*. Leaving some survivors could help your notoriety and spread confusion, but there is always a chance of some group out there knowing beforehand and trying to convince the monarchy about us.

Also, we could secretly corrupt the blade, then tell him we would give it to him if he [INSERT EVIL DEED HERE]
He would  then have to choose between doing something evil for a chance to kill us(which won't happen since we corrupted the blade) or doing nothing and letting us continue our evil deeds.

this is a delaying tactic and to wittle down the numbers a bit.
Rounding them up wont be possible if we intend to launch attacks.

Generaly: the less soldiers alive wile not compromising our forces or plans ie: flyers because their fast and can be summoned back easily. The less well have to kill in a bigger more organised army with magical support.

Balthanor should take more than one cultist with him. I'd say, the ten with the highest mental might. He should also create more crystals for his new apprentices, by using the Source of Evil in the asylum. Everything he teaches to the apprentices and everything he discovers should be written down in the library. That way, he won't have to stay there forever. Once he writes down everything he knows, including how to make the crystals if that's possible, we can get him out in the field again and simply send cultists to the Great Library of Evil whenever we want to get more mages.

So to shorten, this is like converting 10 generic cultists at CFM into scribes or full time researchers? Sounds perfect.

On this, I guess we are going with persuasion either way. If that Guard survived against Dal'Kahh in battle, he may be of considerable talent.
