1) All Spectres, Sintaurs, fire elementals - Patrol conquered area, avoid big fights

Champions
Alyshtr Yrlvnt:
Gets series of harsh and cruel lessons from the father
For example: (Lock Alyshtr in a room, alone, order single Amberash to kill her, stop it if  it injuries her too severely. If she lose, scold her and take away red imp for few days.) 
But there are more lessons , not less harsh  (propose lessons, it's cool... and if she dies, whatever, !!fun!!)

Dal'Kahh the Avaricious:
Train 15 Cultists commanders (better warriors, will command smaller squads)

Unamed Guard:
Be presented by evil chooise:
Send in 20 slaves. And tell him that for every slave he kill, two will be spared. So he can actually save lives by killing.
When he is finished, kill the slaves we where supposed to spare. Insetead reweard him in for every slave that he killed. (So he learn to appreciate the egoistic rewards that serving us gives.)

Zombie working army
1) Build barracks for another 100 slaves\soldiers
2)Dig, many canals near Akataki for; irrigating farms and villages, defense bonuses, slightly draining river downstream
3) Reinforce Akataki palisade with all that dug out earth

Cult
1) Arm at least 40 cultist crossbowers,  more - better
2) Run farmsteads in Akataki, stockpile food both in the town and in Barrspring
3) Mining\lumberjacking in Barrspring
4) Forge steel gates similar to Barrspring one, but for Akataki
5) Build a big brewery an a brothel in Barrspring. It will brew beverages that slowly corrupt and mutate mortals, but is perfectly fine for any demon. And you know, if we need corruption a brothel is perfect.
6): Research on magic.
7) Send Captives to Asylum and let the our cult experiment on them there.
8 ) Worship Krlnkr in the CFM
9) Aid ZWA
10) Our cult abroad should try to get influence in the court in both kingdoms. Try to worsen the relationship between them. Delicate resources to this if possible.

Krlnkir Yrlvnt
1) Summon many new black imps (really, this little buggers can free our cultists and slaves  for more important tasks (army\mutating\sacrificing) than mundane work all we need to support them - provide some booze)
2) Search the town for people with knowledge (or potencial to know magic, everyone with the spark of magic which is needed for a proper mage) send them to the asylum for training.
3) Summon tentacle monstrosity in the moat of Akataki, it should have easy switch on\off
4) Scan conquered area for sources of evil, no matter how small they are, consume the smallest, remember bigger
5) Aid cult in all it's tasks
6) Aid champions in all their's tasks

I agree with UR, with a few additions:

KY: Searching the town for potencial mages.

Unnamed Champion:
Not mutated yet, but corrupted. See evil moral chooise.

Cult:
Use captives as experiment subject in research, will probaly count as torture aswell, and might help help them in their studies. If not, well, its evil!

Added a brothel on the building list aswell. For obvious reasons.

The Cult in former FoM should resarch.

Order given to our cult abroad.

Would it be possible to send some balistas through the summoning protal to CFM for extra defence.

Becuase it is quite vulnerable and isolated and we don't want to lose anything if we can avoid it.

Do NOT kill the child. You use your power to bring her into the world, only to have her killed by a lowly Amberarsh? That would defeat the purpose of impregnating the teenage girl in the first place, and set us back 9 months.

pointless yes. but i dont think we even been active 9 months yet. the girl only took about 4 to be born

Lesson one: Lock Alyshtr in a room, alone, Give her a forgehammer. Order single amberash to kill her, stop it if  it injuries her too severely. If she lose, scold her and take away the red imp for few days.  if she wins, gift her alive cat. (Maybe she'll fiigure how to turn it in amberash, or eat, or something else)
Lesson two: Bring her one of the weaker captives. Order her to break his/her mind. If she succeeds in breaking the mind of a slave, let her keep that slave as another pet.
But there are more lessons as hard and dangerous as this,   (propose lessons, it's cool... and if she dies, whatever, !!fun!!)

6) Build a small brothel in Barrspring, feel it with slaves (10-15 females) Start experimenting on black imp\human hybrid
7) Acolytes: Research mutating magic. Teach new acolyes
8) Send 15 Captives and 5 resources (livestock) to Asylum for experiments
9 ) Worship Krlnkr in the CFM and in the temple forge (To negate mental might leakage)
10) Torture captives
11) Aid ZWA

2) Mutate some fungus, make it grow faster, bigger, be suitable for brewing, and in raw form: Highly hallucinogenic for non-demons, plant it in Barrspring mines

3) Summon tentacle monstrosity in the moat of Akataki, it should have easy switch on\off

Note: Don't summon anything from our own might

Added some numbers to Maharaja's variant, and reduced the number of slaves that guard should kill (30 killed slaves is enough for the task) and let him kill women, it's harder. Edited brothel proposal
Removed message to cults abroad, we got enough attention with the recent call, let's keep "radio silence"
Added plump helmet equivalent,
removed sending new cultusts to CFM, magically giftes are useful im the main army, especially if some necromancer will come to our call

Munchkining...  We don't kill her, we slightly risk her life, it's a totally different thing. It's a demonic education. And why everone misses the words: "stop it if  it injuries her too severely?"

Heh, If we aren't insanely lucky, In the next update we'll see some funny gore from the circles

Gore is awsume. Maybe we could create a ritual that everyone who enter the portal must do. And those who die in it, well, their fait in us obviosly wasnt strong enought....

Adding to the frist lessons setion I think we shuold have our daugther graviate towards spefic type of weapon. We should put her in a room with an amberash yes but a give her a simple forge hammer. Seems like an appropiate weapon for our daughter.

Bring her one of the weaker captives. And teach her how to break his/her mind. If she succeds, reward her. (She needs rewards as well)

If she succeeds in breaking the mind of a slave, let her keep that slave. She'll be able to do plenty of evil things to him by controlling his mind, and she'll have fun.
