UR's plan, version two:
Army raising   (in order of importance)
1) Convert 21 slaves into 3 baneghouls,  (Krlnkir Yrlvnt )
2) Convert all baneghouls into armoured baneghouls. (Krlnkir Yrlvnt, cult, black imps)
3) Arm 40+ cultists with crossbows (cult)
4) Raise new Amberashs packs \ gather corpses, send them through the circles to CFM\(cult)
5) Experiment: combine one spectre and one one fire elemental (Krlnkir Yrlvnt)
6) summon giant octopuses of different sizes to Akataki moats, lake, canals
7) re-raise zombies that decay as skeleton warriors (if possible) (Krlnkir Yrlvnt)
8) Rename Acolyte(control) to Hypnotist, he should train new hypnotists  (cult
Note: don't use Krlnkir Yrlvnt might for summoning\mutations, just make less if evil limit is reached

Army orders
Patrol, control conquered territory, avoid big battles(spectres, elementals, sintaurs, cult, Dal'Kahh the Avaricious)

Economy
1) Start using the farmsteads (cult)
2) Cultist should worship Krlnkr to negate Mental Might leakage (cult)
3) Build a big brewery in Barrspring. It will brew beverages that slowly corrupt and mutate mortals, but is perfectly fine for any demon (cult, black imps, Krlnkr Yrlvnt)
4) Create food stockpiles in Akataki (cult)
5) torture captives to aid summonings (cult, Krlnkr Yrlvnt,Alyshtr Yrlvnt)

Terraforming
1) Dig many, many canals near Akataki for; irrigating farms and villages, defense bonuses, draining river downstream (zombies, cult)

Parenting
1) First lesson: (Lock Alyshtr in a room, alone, order single Amberash to kill her, stop it if  it injuries her too severely. If she lose, scold her and take away red imp for few days.) 

Having fun
1) Mutate Former Akataki Guard (take a slave, rip his arms, add this arms to the guard). Also, lie to him that he is your son, half demon and his name is Trfosht Yrlvnt
2) Have sex (not impregnating) with the consort


Removed acolytes training, described a way of creating Amberashs, removed ward planting (cultist here will be busy with Amberashs raising)
Added - octopuses


As for new half-demons: no, big battle soon, we need power.

So, I am out of ideas, offer additions to the plan before Nuke makes an update, I have a feeling that something is lacking

DON'T mutate the guard. We need to stretch out his torment as much as possible. If we're going to make a top-notch Champion out of him, he needs to stew and ripen in misery and self-loathing. We need to seem like his only outlet. But we should absolutely start playing fast and loose with his memories, subtle things at first. Change the eye color of everyone he remembers to ours, for example.

If we're going to play with octopi, why not fuse them with a loyal cultist? Octopi are scary intelligent, and the alien mindset should help our cultists to better grasp magic.

We can make a half demon after the battle.
And I do agree with keeping the guard in torment. We should try to make him into a torturer type.
EDIT: At the rate out kid is growing in stat points, she might be fit to lead an army at age 6(from a general's tent, of course). Amusing.

Really, because all I can see is the death of our child, and keep the red imp for her.

Conjour up green imps, the opposite of black imps. These imps improve growth, and help spread fertility, they have short slender bodies, and wings that are almost like lace. These imps will be bound to help service the fields.

Didn't you notice the condition to stop the fight?  And a  note about protecting demonic power? Amerash, surely have smaller physical and mental mights then she. And I see no problem if she gets severely injuried, she'll regenerate. You guys are so afraid of any risk

As for 4-handing the Guard, I want to make him believe that he is our son, isn't it fun?

Demons and fertility? strange combination. I amagine green imps as something poisonious...

Lands where there are green imps should become cruel marshes or very dense forests, full of evil plants and poisons and natural traps. That could be cool.

The original feeling is that we force the green elves to help with the fields, while we take other green elves, and slowly but surely corrupt them, and scatter them across the world, to gradually corrupt forests and the like, bit by bit.

do I have to play df, and show what happens when you physically attack something made out of fire, even if you are demonic? If iron cannot touch it, I don't think flesh can touch it either. I will take risks, but not with something so weak as it is.

1) We don't know how demonic power can protect her.And that is one of reasons to test it
2) Her body temperature is highly elevated, she plays with red imp and know what fire is
3) She is stonger than average human,
4) She will be older than 1 month when we test her
5) oh, and 5)  killing your own daughter in a training is EVIL, that's what demon do

About making The Guard think that he is our son, I think that part of our purpose in putting some of our corruption into is mind to control him, was that The Guard knows of his inherently kind or noble nature, but by our taint is forced to witness/perform horrible deeds without hope of salvation.

Re: Imps, I think that Krlnkir Yrlvnt can fashion more sinister or evil servants. (IMO)

also I propose we make no more Imp suggestions, to date they have all turn out to be useless comic relief.

-despoil more virgins for making vile progeny. (at least one more full half demon. see if we can spend less power to make lesser demonic spawn.)
We've given our consort a month, if her body hasn't healed by then she has no business caring for demon spawn.
I would like to suggest the following spawn, if we do decide to produce more:
A tall, slender half demon, with two legs, and four arms, which can each stretch out to terrifying proportions(at or exceeding our 'Tall Man' look(or Slenderman)). The half demon has pale, sickly skin, and is devoid of features at first glance, facial or otherwise. The demonspawn has a face with only a thin line of a mouth that opens up to fantastic proportions to reveal a maw filled with teeth and leading off into darkness, which is inhabited by a lone, black tendrilly tongue(good for snapping necks!). There is only skin where eyes and a nose should be. But the demonspawn can see heat, and utilize a form of echolocation to get around. If worst comes to worst, their forehead may split open to reveal a blazing blue eye, that operates as a regular eye. Lastly, this demonspawn has the ability to disgorge four spider-like limbs from its back, to move at amazing overland speeds.
It is female, naturally. (CRINKLE CLEARVENT HAS NO SPARE Y CHROMOSONES!)
I think that our consort can likely have another child at our next major consolidation phase, that she should have a bit more time to recover. (She is only human after all!)



And just for a little clarification, Nagaron is not part of the Eastern Confederacy?

We should send a delegation of cultists to the ruling leader(s) of Nagaron through the contested town of Aviemore. We can promise Nagaron the Kingdom of Barrtal in exchange for a position of power. (Anyone up for a military coup?  ;D)
