Really, I do believe that all out war is best, prepare an army, siege equipment, all that shenanigans, led by the Tall Man with all his power, as long as we're smart, the world will fall. 

Preparation and fortification, I admit, will be essential.  I hope no order of monastic knights or paladins form out of the blue, just to stop us.

The good thing is, we don't know any of that yet. However, Angels were mentioned in the first page.

Judging by this title, we need to bring on what a true demon can do. In other words, I'm leaving this to you guys as I'm the cautious fellow. Go manifestation of the evils of mankind!

Edit: Suggested addition to glossary: The City, Akataki

We also need more champions for our champions. They need allies too, especially our currently lonely Battle Champion.

1 is looking nice, but I suspect that The Capital is way too defended for a sucessful Zerg rush. I expected that we take Akataki with almost no loses, but :(.
2 looks much safer, and remember Eastern confederacy is close to the war with it's neghbour,  we can use that somehow

Hmm...you're probably right, the capital must be filled to the brim with soldiers, priests, and mages. 

Build a proper army, then just conquer and burn the countryside, taking any minor villages and towns.  Not the big stuff yet.

Shouldn't we stop the spread of word? A city has fallen, the government (not a monarchy strangely) suspects anarchists.

Well what ever we do, having a few more children wont cost much and will be valuble in future, the city should be rebuilt as a stageing post to muster the armys, and we will need food supplies so getting a band of cultists to tend the trees would be a easy source of self propergating food.

We can just spend a small but steady amount on fortifications out of the actions available, that way, even if our armys get driven back, we can still hole up in well fortified places. Im sure if we accelerate the magic reaserch programn and provide more magicians then well start getting interesting results back -and the buggers can start using magic without sapping our power to get stuff done-

We could send some resources to CFM using the portals. It is effectivly on top of one of the capitols and would need better defences if an all out of war ensues.

Plus it is a good place to summon and perfom necromancy so we should focus on CFM becoming a summoning church. For that we would need more cultists with magic training, we could either teach them ourselves or try and convert some other wizards from the town that would be able to teach advanced magic to our cultists there.

My turn proposal:

the cult
1) Add 5 amberashs packs and 20 sintaurs to the cult
2) Some armed cultists + the champion+sintaurs+amberashs: Conquer (don't raze, conquer)  surrounding villages, recruit, enslave, create amberashs packs
3) Let some male cultists relax and perform dendrophilia with Female Akataki
4) Impregnate 20 female slaves with Akataki's seed and send them to Barrspring
5) Forge in Barrspring:  produce armor and weapons  for sintaurs
6) Some cultist + slaves, should help ZWA ( ZombieWorkingArmy) when intelligence is needed
7) Estabilish Giant rat farms in repaired farmstands near Akataki (it's a good food source, at least for slaves)
8 )Fortify CFM, somehow

Zombie working army + baneghouls used as workhorses
Work in Akitaki:
Repair the palicade.
Dig a moat
Repair farmstands
Build crude statues of Krlnkir Yrlvnt

Krlnkir Yrlvnt
1) Control ZWA
2) Send a mental message in all directions and as far as he can to all evil beings ( sentient undeads, necromancers, dormant lesser demons, wild monsters ) to come to Akataki and join the army. It surely will be intercepted by some good guys, but we aren't hiding anymore.
3) Use power leakage and evil from conquering villages to summon few more black imps of different genders and send them to Barrspring (really, Bay12 game must have it's dwarfs )
4) If time is left - teach some new acolytes

Mostly agree, but I whould say that we use the sintaurs to scout our "borders", killing potencial spies, people who flee and other, random people.
