Okay, question:
If you leave conquering Culloden till last, they will be low on supplies, probably overflowing with refugees (further aggravating the supply shortage), and their morale boost from having beaten you once will have been replaced with a cold sense of dread, knowing that their doom is all but inevitable.
In this situation, you could just sit outside the walls and wait for them to give up.

So!
The question is.
1)Do you want to do plan B, getting more stuff done and paving the way for massive, multi-national-scale warfare, at the expense of not really having a particularly impressive revenge on Culloden?
2)Or do you want to go and lay siege to Culloden at once, in an epic clash between good and evil?
3)Or do you want to do B, but rather than waiting for them to give up, pull a Dolnar on them and just kill them all, possibly whilst laughing and saying WHO'S BEING SPITEFUL NOW? ((Whereupon the tiny people being crushed beneath your feet will accurately point out that it is still you, although they do not consider the situation as funny this time))

Lets lay siege. The kind of siege where the forces of darkness know they hold all the cards, and are just waiting for you to crack.
Specifics: We ensure nobody can sneak out for firewood, supplies, anything like that. Kill them if they try. When they start running out of food, they'll try to join us. Kill their traitors. Leave the bodies out for the citizens to see. Burn their houses to the ground, by getting dragons to drop pots of burning pitch onto their houses.
We have to make this a !!FUN!! siege.
And I think Eliza or her(properly motivated) family can gear up the realm for war. By the way, how are our in-laws being treated? Like respected prisoners(3 meals a day, no privileges), dirt(we'll feed you when we get around to it, now go mine), or are they dead?

Well, you turned Malcolm into a necromancer-harpy thing, and he's flown off to do gods know what in the Forest Kingdoms somewhere.
Catherine (Eliza's mother) has been locked in her basement lab, and gets given food occasionally.
Eliza's other family (of which there was very little), has been killed or tortured or whatever. She has relatives in other kingdoms, of course, and probably a few of the lords and ladies of the rest of Barrtal are her cousins twice removed or whatever.

Anyway, that sounds like option one to me.

I prefer option 3, but 1 is good, too. We got our portion of revenge while razed Dolnar

War must be, while we defend our lives against a destroyer who would devour all; but I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend.

yes plan B.

we should see if Eliza can convince her mother to come out and surrender.

then again we may be evil, but Catherine (Eliza's mother) is now a mother-in-law and that makes her !EVIL!

Er, no. You got her out, no problem. She attended the wedding, was suitably traumatised, and then, for some reason, thrown back in. She is now prisoner in her own lab; the door is locked from your side, not from hers.

Commenting before she nukes everything with something she concocted in her lab.
We should ask her opinion on baby names for the eventual half-demon, just to put her in mental anguish.
Perhaps describe what her daughter is like now. Gotta mess with heads!
But only if we have the time.

Plan B

Agree, for more fun! Tell our dear princess to lead and muster whatever army she might need for the siege. We need to test her abilities, if she is actually worth being the second commander-in-chief of our army.

+1 to the ghost ships and the krekarr.
I also think we should make something similar to a living slave ship of the submarine. Taking what the Titaneghoul does, consuming living organisms dedicated to protecting it, but altering it slightly so that it takes the organism and turns them into aquatic ghoul types. It should also be able to "fire" them out of it and "consume" them again. Have each one hold maybe five or ten ghouls and any extra material can be cycled through to feed itself and its continents.

plan B. I'd like a map, possibly with hexographer, just for better mental representation of the situation.
