Please , no chlldman. Human centipede was GM's limit. This is mine. It's disgusting and unfunny

We should order any of our capable mages to find out what the fuck happened, and who that was(booming voice).
That booming voice was  Dorael himself, why do you need mages to understand it?
And in any way Krlnkir knows more about godly stuff, than any of his puny wizards... He should study that ring and it's consequences, but I think that this will happen naturally.

I agree. So far, there are few, if any, forces as strong as Grand ol' Crinkle. If there is anything that bewilders him, it is worth looking into.
Why do you think that our demon is that strong? Hubris, again :) I am sure that there are many beings in the world that are more powerful then 150menmights

Version two (added what to do with the mother, imp designs, )

Krlnkir Yrlvnt
1) Stays in Dolnar, summons hundreds of coloured imps out of all that evil
2) Enjoys the tournament
3) Considers nonimpregnating sex with the wife
4) Corrupts the river
5) Studies the ring
6) Locks the mother's basement from the other side with his own locks, leaves a little hole for food, that should be provided by cultists

Army and CFM
1) Rape\kill\pillage
2) Raise zombies\skeletons\Amberashs
3) Escort princess
4) leave other towns alone, for now. Let them hope a bit, then we'll take it away, with our imp\ghoul armies
5) Participate in the tournament

The princess
1) Enjoys the tournament
2) Considers nonimpregnating sex with the husband
3) Finds a horse and together with "guards" (20 Skeletal Knights, 20 Armoured Sintaurs, 20 Barrtal Knights, 70 spectre, and, most importantly, 10 black dragons ) Goes to Aviermore and diplomatically tries to conviece them to give up \\ princess should prefer less bloody way \\

Tournament
1) Participants: Randomly chosen (40 Armed Cultists, 50 skeletal Warriors, 5 novice wizards, 300 ghouls, 100 Barrtal Swordsmen, 25 beastmen, 20 Baneghouls, 5 Skeletal Knights, 5 Barrtal Knights, 5 Armoured Sintaurs, 6 Water Elementals, 5 green imps, 25 Yellow Imps, 25 Blue Imps, 5 Captive Monster-Hunters, 5 Acolytes)
2) Place: Either island on the Barr river, or inside Dolnar walls, or  some other place
3) Rules: Fight to the death, last men standing. Krlknkyr and rest of the army cut any attempts to escape
4) Reward: Barrsdoom, Chapion status, demonic fixing if nearly dead, 50 resources and physical\mental might if the champion is to stupid to wield the axe and\or too small for it)

Realm
1) Loot Dolnar, transfer resources to Barrspring\Akataki, stockpile
2) Build dry docks for big warships,  \\really, I think fleet is  very useful, and we should brainstorm a bit about ship's design  \\

Cults
1) Build secret temples in remote evil places

New imp designs

Quote from: gray imp
Appearance: Cloudlike,
Advantages:
1) Flying,
2) can change weather (very marginally) ,
3) weak lightning attack
Disadvantages:
1)Very-very slow
2)Can be blown away by a strong wind
3)Easily destroyed by air elementals,
4)Almost non-existent physical might

Quote from: Brown imp
Advantadges:
1) Pretty Stealthy,
2) Not bad soldiers, can use human like weapons,
3) Good farmers  (but their plants are... unusual),
4) Love to "adopt" humanoid children and either eat them or teach their magic.
5) Love obsidian and can use it to build impressive buildings.

Disadvantages\habits.
1) Have a mysterious limit on how many plants can creature damage in their presence, stronger creature = higher limit. If limit is reached - berserk attack: May even rebel against Greater demon.
2) Rivalry with black imps

I'm not, but everyone else is so there seems to be no point in fighting it. Still, at least making all those various minions I mentioned should be compatible, and we're going on a minionmaking spree anyway with those imps so there's not that excuse.

Imp design:

white with blue tatoos covering all of their body.
They have claymores and wear tartans....
damnit thats feagles...

but white with blue tatoo designs:
climbers and endurance creatures, mainly for infiltration work and assassination. their endurance would let them ie: scale a citadels walls at midnight with nothing but their own hands and easily treck efficiently through the frozen glacier desolation to reach places faster to set up ambush. Basicaly: Imps Special Ops.
Give them simple weaponry and some poison and then a touch of blue fire/smoke magic to make distractions etc. Knock out gass and cheese wire optional if they need to garrote a guard or two.
Also make them talk in sign language when their on their jobs.

Adding to the tournament: Throw Barrsdoom in the middle of the Arena, enchanted so that it'll refuse weak and unworthy bearers (by infligating excruciating pain)

For use in the evil, I think that imps are outdated (well, not really, but...). We need something BIGGER. Say something a little smaller than a Baneghoul. 10-15 physical, 5 mental. Essentially a lesser-lesser demon, from our own "flesh", so unable to traison. Base image:

The, uh, Magic Array is more of a 'Champion' than 'Minion'. More appropriate for a special occasion.
Turrments is just a Sintaur with a living-polybolos biolopolybolos built in, right? There wouldn't really be much difference between them and regular sintaurs wielding biolopolyboli.

You have plenty of heavy cavalry. Knights, armoured sintaurs, mercenary horsemen, skeletal knights. And baneghouls can sort of fill the heavy cavarly niche.

Mental warriors you are somewhat lacking in. Maybe you shouldn't have eaten all your lesser demons.

EDIT: Also, how annoyed would you be if Eliza snuck into the deathmatch?

How about: White Imps- Corrupting influence and Demonic Fails

Causes terrible lapses of judgment and fits of insanity

Exacerbates existing flaws

Can transform into smoke or mist

Easily killed by blunt trauma if caught off-guard

The, uh, Magic Array is more of a 'Champion' than 'Minion'. More appropriate for a special occasion.

All the champions are technically minnions, just special minnions.

Also, the whole Champion/Army dichotomy is sort of arbitrary. There are several candidates for what to use in making it:
- Having the specific soul or personality or social position or whatever be key and thus not being replaceable in principle. That is, being an actual somewhat developed character we've goten to know. This is the one I'm favouring. But clearly the Titaneghoul dosn't qualify for that, so if you're going to use this you should move it to armies.
- Sheer power/not having very many... quickly excluded since it'd have counted the armored banedhouls and dragons as champions
- having fluctuating power levels that need to be tracked. GUESS this one works, althou it seems inelegant, and leads to the problem of resulting in way to many champions if a minnion with those qualities is mass produced
- Being imperfectly controled/autonomus/capable of rebelion and defiance... If this is the case we really shouldnt relly on them much
- etc.

... Honestly, I recomend dodging the question, and adding an intermediate "monsters" category for dragons, armored baneghouls, greater spectres, titaneghoul, Magic Arrays, etc. which tracks info like a champion but has a count for having many of the same kind.

And, in case it makes a difference... While the cost is high enough that the first prototype run will be of one, unless it's considered a failure I DO intend for there to be many Magic Arrays produced without meaningful distinction between them. If not for the whole being to hard to control directly AND to stupid to be coerced, the same would be the case of Titaneghouls.

Edit: to clarify, a Magic Array as hard to controle as the titaneghoul is a failure. An uncontroled massing Physical is a big fat collateral damage monster that demons find hilarius. An uncontroled massive Mental is a potential rival and to dangerous to keep alive.

Turrments is just a Sintaur with a living-polybolos biolopolybolos built in, right? There wouldn't really be much difference between them and regular sintaurs wielding biolopolyboli.
What? no! They both have 4 legs, and uses an human and an animal as raw material... and the similarities pretty much entirely stop there.
Quote
Turrment (yes, Turret/Torment pun): A large heavy animal (exact species can varry, but oxen, work horses, and boars are good choices), merged with a slave, and four or six Living Polybolos. The slave upper body is attached centaur-style, but instead of replacing the head it's simply put BEHIND it. The neck and head are shifted backwards, merging with the slaves upper body and forming one very sturdy pillar. the upper half (upper jaw/skull) of the animals head is removed, replaced with the Polybolos, and instead placed upside-down between it's front legs. The slaves eyes and tongue are removed from their sockets: one placed always, aligned, mounted INSIDE of a crude telescope to act as a sight for the polybolos, and the tongue is put on the top of the (now shaved) head, and the eye is mounted inside the tip of it, so that the whole thing acts as an eye stalk giving (non-simultaneous) 360 degree vision.

It's essentially the living part of the polybolo concept taken further; adding lags to it, and since it'd be a bit pointless to give an individual pair of legs to each bow you have this stack of them together.

The name says it really... It's a turret, on four legs of some bulker-than-horse animal. It has 6 times the firepower, and probably better skill at using it, but is WAY specialied and more fragile, slower, can't halp dig ditches and carry stuff around... Guess such things are abstracted out, but in gameplay terms it's only useful in the context of an army with other types of units which can suppoert and protect it. Glass canon of the more dakka variety.

Ah, right. I misunderstood the Turrment.
Yeah, we can do that.
Cupcakes is also happening, though there won't be much to report on that front for the next 11.75 months.

Magic Array: Will still need to wait for a more auspicious occasion. For one thing, you would need sixty-four wizard-brains to make it, which you don't have at the moment.
