   But you see, I don't want to defeat them. I just don't want them attacking as often. If we constantly leach power from them then they have to spend more time regaining that power all the while we push ourselves closer to gaining Quantum ourselves with the power we stole from them. Creating UU matter even with scrap is quite a power sucking mess so any iota of power we take from them is less they have and the closer we are to matching them.

Ah. Any TF2 players fancy a game of Minecraft Payload? We can be Blu. Final checkpoint is whatever is the weakest spot on the enemy base.
Scatterguns will be provided, athletics not included.

To put it without references: What Ivefan said makes all the difference. Since it is more complicated than a cannon, I'm sure a rail system should be allowed. Boom...

It will still need to be launched and placed further away. simply rolling the cart to a wall is not allowed.

It seems that a launched tnt cart will detonate on impact ignoring how long the timer has been set for.

With a launcher rail set to max (30) and the priming rail set to max (300) it will impact before the timer runs out.

Edit to add: A boosted cart will travel 71 blocks from the launcher rail on flat ground. So you can hit a wall at it's base at the same level as the launcher from 71 blocks away. This is with all settings on max. Anyone know if you can make the cart faster than booster rails?

Dunno. I know that the guys that raided us used booster rails on a 4-5 blocks high scaffold to blow a hole in the volcano

Guys, we've been getting raided by different people from different groups. The guys that blew a hole in the volcano were Jarmin, Buppo, and loky93 - all of whom were very civil and were not in quantum.

Pingu blew a hole in our wall with a TNT cart, and was not in quantum.

The people who HAVE been raiding us in quantum are NOT part of one large group. Quantum is getting removed ANYWAY when the server updates to 1.2.

Had a blast playing with you all this weekend. I've got work for the next few days and won't have time for nothing but sightseeing so don't break anything hehe.

I've been experimenting with tnt carts in creative and it's not hard to hit a target and we don't need to be more than a citizen to use them. Are we going to be a raiding faction?

Having spent most of my time mining or fighting mobs I notice we're running out of space for metals. Might be worth having two private chests or simply keeping excess in unlocked chests. The bunker is pretty secure.

Out of curiosity I wonder who owns the volcano? The Sky Pirates claim we do but I got told they do.

They claimed it for magma and basalt. But I also claimed it later.

What happened:
When I decided to claim it, I explored it and just found their remote magma pump, nothing else, and with all magma already pumped out. I therefore declared the island abandoned and claimed the island, but I didn't touch the pump. They came later and ask what I was doing on the island. I told them about my plans. They told me that they claimed it for basalt. Then I just said to them that they could come whenever they needed basalt.

I started building on it later after this meeting, and in fine, claimed it officially. Now that my digging is nearly completed, I'll offer them some free smooth and cobble basalt.

Did someone steal our solar arrays? They disappeared this week-end and logblock couldn't tell who did it.

And FYI, I remember reading on the in-game chat that using TNT-carts without the Engineer rank is forbidden/rule-breaking.

If logblock couldn't tell who stole it, it must have been a server glitch.

I am having connection issues only with this server, i dont know why.
but it's gotten so bad i can''t play anymore

I made the LV solar arrays and and most of our regular panels into a single MV solar array (which is equivalent to 64 solar panels).
