Anyone else working on FLAK or AT cannons? I can't see a way to make a magazine-loading (no deployers, they count as Citizens I think) cannon with variable aiming on two axis and variable timing. Fixed cannons put on frame rails atop walls can probably be made magazine-fed (and thus Citizen-operatable) though.

Fairly sure you can operate/place a deployer as a citizen.

I mean that Deployercould not even use WATER BUCKETS because it was too "griefy", much less TNT. I am a Citizen though, but I think Redpower's virtural player has a set privlege set, regardless of who placed what.

There's multiple sets of Deployers in Volg's/our base that are powering watermills...so IDK brah.

Oh, cool! So Deployers take the authorization of whoever placed them? Or maybe he bumped them up a notch so they can place water. Or did he make it so that Citizens can place water?

There's only one deployer powering the watermills.

Also, deployers can use water buckets, but not inside claimed land - that's why we had to have the deployer a distance from the watermills and stuff.

since no-one else will tell me...

how (if possible) do you get hops in this?
Wrestle with the agriculture system for about 12 hours before getting sick of it because even when you do everything optimally it's still based on random chance.
