   Well we got raided by relicus and pisstaker. They blew a hole in the second floor window (I fixed it) and managed to get in. Seeing as we where all in Quantum it was mostly pointless though Wayward, you left gold blocks in your room and they got them. Don't do that, not just you, all of you, don't leave things of value in the tower. Anyway I think they are gone. I am sad because they had the ability to tele out of our trap to each other though it did work and if it had just been one person there would have been no problem. Are invaders able to use buttons? If towny does not let them then we should consider changing the out part of the airlock to use that so we can actually trap them in the airlock part and more easily drop them down. I had both in there at one point but one ran out before I pulled the lever.

Do we know if this teleporting to each other works the same as /home? Do they have to stand still for five seconds? If so I will happily make it so that you can't teleport out of the trap. I have a prototype built and tested and I stole enough sticky pistons in that raid.

   All teleports work the same disruption wise, in fact teleporting to another actually takes longer, about 20 seconds I think. Also even if you did not have enough I have been killing slimes and we have a lot of slimeballs now.

Next weekend I will build it then and look forward to. What times are you usually on DS? I need to be able to place and destroy blocks.

I dunno about buttons, but they can't use pressure plates inside our town. That mean we can get rid of the one way doors, and put in two ways ones

No, I am pretty sure they can use pressure plates. They did to get out of the airlock.

But our own people can't use the pressure plates to get out of the bunker before they are invited.

I confirm it. The raiders could use the pressure plates, because DS allowed non-members of the town to use them.

We should disable them again later, after everyone have been invited.

Ok, is there any way to disable buttons for raiders, but enable pressure plates for them to step on?

also, i found this on the forum posted by an admin:
"As for right now, until this becomes cleared up I would like to suspend this rule until further notice: As of right now breaking any block, townyed or otherwise, for the purpose of gaining entry by any method besides a legal tnt cannon is BANNED and will result in jail time or worse."

Actually, it's server rules that non-members of the town have to be able to use switches/pressure plates/etc. in our territory.

Flock and all were about to fuck us up just before Buppo and cole's raid for not having our permissions set right, I logged in just in time to prevent bad things from happening.

EDIT: Reading that thread.... "you cant /tpa to your raid buddies". Weren't Rellicus and Pissstaker teleporting to each other?

   They might actually have been doing that. I can't say anything now since It was yesterday but next time I will know. It is also possible that they had set their home in our base or something.

Edit: Update on restrictions for the move, Diamond Blocks will not be allowed

In raiding news:
someone took all the upgrades from the charging bench!

In rail news:
train station is operational(but not completely built)
you can take a cart down the mines, and back up again. don't destroy carts, they are automatically routed: they go back to their origin when you get off at the end.
i have also installed an energy cart, that brings power into the mines.
there is a gold pipe down there connected to nothing right now, but should be used for powering mining farms.

next step is getting chest carts rolling.(i know teleport pipes are teh shit.... but hey, carts are way more fun! also, it won't work as a lag bomb in case the chests fill up)

Yes. Quite literary shit. In MP environment buildcraft pipes should be used sparsely for stuff that kinda requires them, like forestry and teleport pipes should be avoided.

Is anything planned for the big empty space left down in the mines? Else I think i'll plonk down some pillars(or a lot) and make it like moria =P

So.. I started laying stone bricks on the floor, but then i looked back towards the station and thought "damn, Maybe this messes with ank's plans".
I'll rip the stones up again if you say so, ank.
And we should lay a rail so we can push a MFE cart to every mining location... also, a filler with the clear pattern seems more effective than farm mining, though you'll have to place landmarks.
