Phew, I'm finished (well, there are some details to clean up, like adding more events, but I can do that during the first turn). Everyone playing please bring your sign-up sheet up to date and we'll begin either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, depending on the speed of players' response.

I'm fine with mine unless there's a problem with it you can see

HMR stands for Hazardous Materials Requisition, not Horrible Massive Ruination, though I can understand how one could get confused.

Soon after the meeting, eight persons could be seen exiting the great compound. They didn't linger about. Everyone had prepared the plans for his future base well in advance, so all that was remaining now was hiring Megamind's engineers and getting the plans put in life.

So we get three personal actions, and three actions that our minions do?  If so, these are my actions

1)Gather Money (two of my actions to gather money).
3)Recruit Mooks (I'll PM you).

Er, no. Planning an operation, whether you take part or no, takes up a personal action.

Also, you have to specify which nation you want to gather money from.

Personally I dont like the formulae, soloers are pretty much better in every way, except possibly in racking up notoriety on myself.)
Er, why? Also, replacement formulae would be gladly considered.

Unless specified otherwise (walkers take up two squads, some later unlockable units would take 0), 1 squad = 1 minion.

Note to self: Dont do maths when you are sleepy.

Nah, its fine. I screwed up. Didnt calculate the probabilities of getting caught properly. Did some new math, comes out that tri teams are a 10% safer and weaker version of 2 soloers. Seems fine now, especially with the action limit, which I didnt understand before. Thought the mooks could do whatever.

Also, requesting permission to a convert a point of martial skill to leadershp. 3 is not a number that divides by 2 very well.
