Updated turn!

1:  I will go with a diplomat to establish a mission in the USACMC
2:  3 Human Squads, 4 Saboteur Squads, and 4 Elites go to "collect" cash in Japan
3:  Start construction on Research Lab discussed in PMs.

Edit: If resting cancels any of the above actions (no turns this turn and extra the next), then cancel resting and replace with the below.

New action (if resting does not apply):
> Attack UKANZ with my two Human squads, the Sabotage Squad, and the Camouflaged Robotic squad (With the Technician AND Tyrin as the commanding General) with the intention of EITHER Collecting pure cash, or the Capital (lower SWCG)

Personal Actions in order of importance:
Kidnap Scientists from the USACMC to work in my laboratory
Steal all the USACMC's money
Use Scientists to research cloaking device for building
Kidnap MOAR! Scientists.
