It would be a bit odd to only have half the game recorded though.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

I say we do both.
That would raise the cool factor significantly, yes.

Sorry guys, it's incredibly unlikely that I'm going to be streaming until... June 13th or 14th at the earliest. International conference + a little vacation means I'm in France until mid-next week. If by some strange swing of fate I end up with free time indoors with a good internet connection (like if it's raining on Friday or Monday (Guild Wars 2 beta weekend this weekend = no stream unless you want to watch that :P)) I'll let you know well in advance. I'm GMT+1 here, too, so I might be able to make it easier for some people to watch with timing.

I read somewhere that if a cat falls more than 11 stories, it instinctively flares its legs out to increase air resistance. This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.

So, my internet in my new hotel (I moved from one to another after the conference I was at ended) is fantastic, so there's a good chance I'll end up streaming something either tomorrow or Monday. I'll keep you guys informed, but if it's tomorrow there's a good chance it'll just be an hour before. I'm on my laptop so I'll have to install the streaming stuff, but I have Creeper World 2 and (I think) Age of Mythology on here, so that's good. The only thing is the only mic I have is part of some nice, but not super high end headphones, so my sound quality might be a little subpar. We'll burn that bridge when we get there though. If I DO stream tomorrow I'd say it'll probably be 6-9pm-ish local time (GMT+1, which still feels weird), which is noon-3pm my normal EST time.

When you stream Age of Mythology, may I request that you right click the portraits and read the background info to the stream whenever a new myth unit, mythylogical structure, or hero shows up? The stuff they put in there is very nice. I use to spend forever just reading those blurbs.

Haha it's not so much dedicated as it is a little taste of something not-French. At this point I'm so overloaded with French people/food/culture (and the spots that aren't full of French are overloaded with SCIENCE from the conference I was at) that I just want to... talk at my computer to people on the internets I guess? The second half of that sentence was supposed to be better.

And yeah Furtuka, I can read those blurbs. I remember them being pretty long and snippets of the actual stories those units are from, but all I really know about are the Greek ones, so it'll be cool if I get to the Egyptian and Norse stuff.
