Turn 9: Suddenly, Bad weather arrives

Maximum Mc Dreith: Action 1: Switch to Tank Mode
Tyrin:Activate Tracking Device; Travel at 50% speed; Fire Solar Cannons at the farthest opponent available {Hitting whatever is their longest range weapon}, priority goes to the one in alphabetical order, the ship name that is.
Scelly: Race
Monk 12:
Race Be EMP'edDariush fires a longrange missile at the Starrunner, who is just barely within range. It barely misses[2]vs[2+1]. Then he activates his EMP. [5]The Red Wrecker escapes unscatched,[5] as does Toasters Darkling shadow, [4]Dariush also fails to disable himself, but Max fails to start his vehicle[3], Tyrin and Scelly however don't seem to suffer at all[6]/[5] while Monk fails to move[2]. Dariush further exploits this situation to fire his flamethrower at the immobilized Monk. Somehow he still manages to miss.[1] vs [2]. Despite being EMp the armadillo still manages to drag itself out of the water. Tyrin activates his Solar cannons[2], succesfully using leftover energy from the engines and using his tracking mechanism he fires at Max, targetting the torpedos.The beam would have hit[3+3] vs[1] but is intercepted by the Aircraft defense systems.(They shot reflective aluminum foil or something).
Unaffected by the Emp, Luke prowler races away[4+5], he's followed by Toaster, who isn't going very fast[1+4]. It isn't a good day for Scelly either[1+3]*75%. Monk just bobs arounds in his Zeppelin, because of the disabled engines.
Part2:
Luke Prowler: If there's another racer in the same space as me, RAM THEM! If not, shoot down whatever is in range, particularly Monk's flying death trap
Toaster: 2. Use my nanogenerator to search for Ammo! I need more missiles!

Scelly: If I make it to the Checkpoint, clear it. Otherwise if Monk12 gets in range, fire at fuel tanks. If anyone else gets in range fire at engines. Failing all of that, repairs.
Monk 12: Repair Kamikaze drones
Dariush trundles along[2+2], passing the disabled Max and Monk. Tyrin passes monk to, even while travelling at half speed[2+3]/2.
Luke Prowler suddenly finds him devoid of targets, as it appears he has taken the lead and can only fire forward. He ponders the possibility of riding back to get them a bit, but decides against it.
The starrunner fires both it's miselles and turrets at Luke. Both misseles[1] vs [4] and turrets[2] vs [5] miss.
Toaster pulls over, and he and his crewman look along the track for scrap metal and other useable stuff[6][1]. They find 7 units of ammunition.
Meanwhile Monk attemps some repairs at his Kamikaze drones.[5][5] They are completly repaired.
Weather forecast:(Should have been done on the previous turn to)(Extremely nice, nice, cloudy, raining, stormy ,heavy storm)
[6] Suddenly the heavy wind blowning on the circuits worsens and heavy downpours turn the circuit into a giant pool of mud, the lakes shores are being flooded and lighning and thunder follow each other every second.
(Nothing-Minor annoyance-Annoyance-Progress impeded-Possible path blockage-Chance of random damage)(The last 2 only happen during storms)
Land: [5] A mudslide comes down near Luke prowler. Progress might be difficult at tile 19( Count as an obstacle, see rules for explanation)
Water:[5] Below the Dam, the rivers flood, making passage near impossible at tile 26 because of a fallen tree.
Air [3] In the air it isn't that bad, however the strong winds make landing near impossible(No search rolls next turn)
