Confirming the sheet!


Crew:  Take the Veteran.

Shoppe:  Buy 13 addition ammo for 650.  350 cash remains.

Of the 15 food, take 7 rations.  Stash the other 8.

Take the 23 ammo- 15 is for a missile shot, and the remaining 8 is 4 laser shots.

Start in Ground Mode.


This was it.

Toaster checked all the gauges one last time- everything was go.  Steve, the racing veteran that had agreed to work for him at the last minute gave a thumbs-up from the gunner's seat.  This was it- there was no turning back now.  All that remained was miles of open road, ripe for the taking.  These other drivers- they would just have to be dealt with.  He figured he could outrace half of them, especially the slower, heavier craft- but the nimbler ones may be trouble.

The timer ticked off its final seconds.  Toaster tensed, his hand on the throttle...



TURN!

1:  Race!
2:  Tell the Vet to FIRE ZE MISSILES

Sheet is confirmed!

Shop: Sell all bad crew, buy 1 good crew, 1 medium.

Cargo:
2 ammo for missiles [10]
6 ammo for turret [12]
8 ammo for point defence turret [8]
10 food [10]

Starrunner:
1: FIRE THE MISSILES (and turret) at Toaster
2: Activate Nitros and RACE.
3: Turn on point-defence turret

Jack tensed as the final seconds counted down, adrenaline pumping through his veins. He barely heard the co-pilot running through the pre-flight checks and the gunner preparing to fire. 10....9....8.... He gunned the engines, ready to fly. 7.......6.......5...... His co-pilot grabbed the controls, ready to hit the nitros. ......4.....3.....2....1.....GO. Jack let go of the brakes, and lifted off. He was flying. The co-pilot punched the nitros button and he felt the plane rock as they gained even more speed. Giving the order to fire, several missiles detached from the plane. Jack smiled, he was home.

Tyrin looked over his construct one again whilst in the cockpit, he wasn't happy with what had become of it. Perhaps he should've made it specialize other than generalize.

Ah well, so goes innovation in it's wake. His funds were not well, but he had enough to get through, he hoped, his only crewman wasn't a nice man, but he was his after all. He checked the HUD once more, he had to secure his spot with the speed at which his craft went.

He pressed the big red button.


Shop:

> Sell 1 bad crew (+500)
> Buy 4 units of food (-400)
> Buy 4 units of ammo (-200)
> Buy 2 units of fuel (-400)

Leaving nothing.


Cargo:
> Filled with whatever I bought in the shop.

Act:
> Start the Race in Aerial Mode!

> Activate Armor Shielding System.

> RACE!


...Tyrin looked at his HUD once more, someone had uncannily abbreviated the 'Activate Shielding' button.

He sighed to himself and promised to replace that crewmember the first opportunity he got. If he had any extra cash.

Wait, so we get full fuel tank and all possible food and ammo at the beginning? Also, which is the first turn on which my EMP will work?

-No, you can't( Balance reasons)
- You start with a full fuel tank and an amount of food/ ammo equal to what you got in the supply rolls)

Wait, what's up with this confirming? Also, could we please get the amount of food in our sheets? And when will I be able to use my EMP? Also, how does attacking work? Do we get penalties against vehicles in other space (i.e. ground vs air)?

7 ammo for flamethrower (14);
4 missiles (20);
Total: 49;
Remaining: 21;

With a grin, Dariush fired up the reactor, to the satisfying hum of the latter. He jumped into the comfortable cabin, donned his goggles and opened up the weapon controls.
Actions sent as PM. (I really think this should be enforced for everyone, since it seems like unfair advantage, but at the same time I don't want everyone I try to attack change his actions to fuck me up)

Also, a proposal: maybe we should submit our actions as PM so people won't be able to edit after seeing the enemies' ones?
