I'd like to mention one or two balancing concerning things with a roll of 5 or better.

I personally feel that the tracking device on the Valkryie is too much of a double edged sword for something that got a 6. It may be just me, but for a 6, I'd like to see those boosts every other turn WITHOUT the enemies being able to target him using that device.

Battering ram is awesome, and the missile system is really awesome.
But the Kamikaze droids are right useful. Now, I dunno if they're overpowered or if my torps are underpowered, but the kamikaze droids seem to be slightly less accurate and slightly less damaging but able to target anything, gain accuracy on a second try and increased range (albeit with larger ammo) But this is highly comparable for a 5 and a 6, NOT including that the torps can only target water targets.

Personally, though it's nice to have a weapon that can damage a single unit with greater damage than anyone else, cos it's only damaging water units (tho not important, only one other goes in water) I'd expect that a 6 would make it terrifying in the water. I'm inclined to think that the droids have one or two many awesome things for a 5 aswell.

My views only, thought I'd bring them up.

Woah, that Tracking device is a real double-edged sword. Like a giant X on the map where I'm from, screaming "Hit me!"

Thanks Maxinum for pointing it out  :D

Will edit this later!

Valkyrie
Roll 1: {Armor} - Concussive plate, the whole transport is plated with this. Light but durable enough to shield against projectiles.
Roll 2: {Support/Repair} - Autonomous drones that are based on an A.I. in the pilot's mainframe. Spots damage in armor and repairs it.
Roll 3: {Concentrated Armor} - Point Blank Shielding. Powered by the solar panels and only that, this shield emulator defends against directed or focused attacks on the Valkyrie.

{II-If good roles, costs no fuel/repairs faster... or strengthens armor? III - Lowers more attack damage on better rolls or costs no fuel}

Well, you get the advantage of when to turn it on and knowing for sure you're targeting someone, while you may not be targeted when it's used.

I'd suggest for balancing it that other players get not quite the same bonus- not giving anyone else the range would give you more of a chance to snipe people with it.

Technically, enemy weapons that don't use radar targeting shouldn't get any bonus from it, but that may be too much work to model.

The problem with the torpedoes is that I can't increase their power or Toaster just won't enter the water anymore. The tracking module's bonus is only active when Tiriun wants it to be, so enemies won't really profit from the range bonus (because they can't know wherether or not Tiruin will activate it).

Also, the torpedoes are terrifying, on a good roll they are able to blast through armor and moderatly destroy a component. The point is that sixes should be better than fives, but equally more dangerous. Say I make the following changes(not going to do it yet).

-Tracking device: range bonus does not count for enemies.
-Torpedoes, can shoot land/ air target for half damage/tracking.

Also, some explanation on the kamikaze drones, when they miss they randomly choose a new target, it could litterally be anyone. I mean, they might go back and attack the sender. I think I should limit the retarget range, but I'm not sure. I might also limit them to retarget only once.

Also, suprised nobody complained about Toaster's longbow laser, which can do freaking much damage if you throw extra ammo in it. +1 ammo doesn't mean d4-->d5 but it means d4--> d4+1. So if you throw enough ammo at it you get a large of damage(shame about the acc though)

Wow, only two 5s in that bunch
1: (Armor) Plate the areas around the engine, cab, and wheels. Everything else is secondary
2: (Dodge) Besides Luke's skill as a driver, the car has high traction tires for better grip and an early warning system that tells him when someone's about to shoot him
3: (Countermeasure) Special automated nodes on the car send out a electrical signal that causes missiles to explode before hitting their target

Also, holy dang, that laser. I'd hate to see what it would be like if he rolled higher than a 2

Well, part of the reason I used a slot for a specialised weapon was to give me the sole advantage of the waters. But that suggested notion, so long as everyone else is happy with it, is fair.

I had no idea the drones could attack the sender, though I still find them really good for a roll of 5. However, the description's awesome enough that leeway that way's fine. (After all, you did say better description's may equal perks :P)

I still find the targeting is risky for a roll of a 6, but I'll concede. The laser's are fine, since for one, he doesn't have much fuel overall (yes, I know, re-rolls to come) and using it will force him to search for fuel unless thar be a shoppe nearby. Powerful, yes, but will prevent himself from advancing too far. If that laser got a higher roll, then yes, TERRIFYING! But that's the point of coming up with something awesome. :P

Aw yeah Kamikaze drones. I really will need to reroll that cargo space one though...

Defenses

Roll 1: Armor the fuel tanks, engines, and then everything else that can be armored without slowing down the craft
Roll 2: Automated point defense cannons, calibrated to shoot down incoming projectiles.
Roll 3: An engineering bay complete with everything necessary for mid-flight repairs.

It's also limited by my terrible cargo space- it's hard to justify too much extra ammo spent when I carry so little.  I messed that one up- I probably should have shorted crew instead of cargo space for the extra speed.

1 ammo takes up 1 cargo space, correct? What else is cargo used for?

Each weapon's ammo takes up as much as the ammo size for that weapon says.  For your guns, they're both size 5.  That means with your 20 cargo space you can have a total of four shots between your two non-melee weapons.

Turn 4: Only you can prevent gray goo

Feel free to complain about balance problems.

Name contestant: Luke Prowler (Original, right? :P)
Reason: His family has a long history of racers, but after a legal dispute over thr rights of a logo, he could not afford the fancy speeders than have become common place. The AFWRC, on the other hand, allows for a lower standard.
Name vehicle: Red Wrecker Supreme
Stats:
-Ground
-Speed +4
-Armor: d8
-Dodge: d4
-Cheap fuel(+2 to searching rolls, -100 fuel price)
Fuel: 8/8

Spoiler: Machine guns (click to show/hide)
Wrecking ball: Melee d3
Battering Ram Melee damage d(8+1/2speed)(Speed bonus only applies when this is the 2 action)  Halve the damage is returned to sender.

[6]: You add some heavy armor, sadly you overdid it a bit and your speed suffers slightly(d8 armor, -1 speed)
[2]: Unfortunatly the high traction tires are not properly calibrated for the increased weight(d4 dodge)
[2]: The jamming system isn't strong enough to detonate missiles, but it can confuses enemy targetting sensors(-1 to hit for enemies, activate able every 3 turns)

Name:  Toaster
Reason:  Toaster enjoys speed, money, women, and booze.  Since this race will cover two of the four, it's got his attention- and surely it'll impress the ladies, right?
Vehicle Name:  Darkling Shadow
First Turn:  Stats:
-Ground/water
Speed: +3
-d4 armor
-d3 dodge
-Nanobots: 1*4 50 %rebellion chance

-Fuel: 6/6
Spoiler: -Longbow laser (click to show/hide)
The Punishing Repulsor: d3 melee weapon
[2]d4 armor
[2]The phase generator is not very good, but it can be temporary overcharged to dodge all attacks(d3 armor, allows one turn of autododging every 10 turns)
[1]These nanorobots were delivered by Omni-tech free of charge. Which probably means they're defective(1 time use, 50% chance of gree goo, repairs one component for 4 levels)

Name contestant: Dariush the Mad;
Reason: This world has gone for far too long without a suitable dictatorship to stir it's reins! But, barging there headfirst would be silly. So, I can use this race to test out my primary method of achieving world domination! They called me mad, they did! But I'll show them... Wait, I am mad. Well, I'll show them HOW mad I am! MUAHAHAHA!
Name vehicle: WorldConq Mk.1;

Automated Robo hands defence system: Can be used every 3 turns for a 1 turn +2 dodge bonus. (Needs a weapon firing action to be activated, other weapons can be fired at the same time)
[6]You overengineer the robopincers. They are very strong, allowing you to grapple an opponent
[1]The armor is a failure(d3 armor)
[4]Your multiuse repairkit is very good. It'll allow you to repair 4*2 levels of damage)

Name contestant: Connor Hasbin
Reason: Connor had a dream he did! A wonderful, beautiful dream! But that's not important! What's important is that in that dream he saw an awesome vehicle of awesome, and he knew he had to make it and race it! KNEW IT! Problem was, it was armed, which immediately put him in this death-race. Oh well.
His dream may or may not be the result of telepathy, alien tinkering or magical faries that are bored.

- Cheap fuel( +1 to searching rolls, -50 price)

Spoiler: Torpedos: (click to show/hide)
[2]d6 anti ground/ water armor
[1]Air defense system: d5anti air defense. Ammo size 4
[1]Sadly, the G.M doesn't let you get away with changing the rules when rolling a 1. However you get a Percusive maintenance kit, which doubles your repair values when the repair roll succeeds, but deals damage(damage=2*repair roll) when it fails.
