Turn 9: Suddenly, Bad weather arrives

Next time PM TURNS.When attacking, remember to decide which part to attack, and also with which weapons.

Part1:
Luke Prowler: Race(and some rambling about a boat I didn't understand)
Toaster: Race
Dariush: Action 1:
1) (if possible) use missiles on Starrunner;
2) (if EMP counts as a weapon) use EMP;
3) use robohands defence;
4) use flamethrower on Zephyr Cathedral;
Maximum Mc Dreith: Action 1: Switch to Tank Mode
Tyrin:Activate Tracking Device; Travel at 50% speed; Fire Solar Cannons at the farthest opponent available {Hitting whatever is their longest range weapon}, priority goes to the one in alphabetical order, the ship name that is.
Scelly: Race
Monk 12: Race Be EMP'ed

Dariush fires a longrange missile at the Starrunner, who is just barely within range. It barely misses[2]vs[2+1]. Then he activates his EMP. [5]The Red Wrecker escapes unscatched,[5] as does Toasters Darkling shadow, [4]Dariush also fails to disable himself, but Max fails to start his vehicle[3],  Tyrin and Scelly however don't seem to suffer at all[6]/[5] while Monk fails to move[2]. Dariush further exploits this situation to fire his flamethrower at the immobilized Monk. Somehow he still manages to miss.[1] vs [2]. Despite being EMp the armadillo still manages to drag itself out of the water. Tyrin activates his Solar cannons[2], succesfully using leftover energy from the engines and using his tracking mechanism he fires at Max, targetting the torpedos.The beam would have hit[3+3] vs[1] but is intercepted by the Aircraft defense systems.(They shot reflective aluminum foil or something).

Unaffected by the Emp, Luke prowler races away[4+5], he's followed by Toaster, who isn't going very fast[1+4]. It isn't a good day for Scelly either[1+3]*75%. Monk just bobs arounds in his Zeppelin, because of the disabled engines.

Part2:
Luke Prowler: If there's another racer in the same space as me, RAM THEM! If not, shoot down whatever is in range, particularly Monk's flying death trap
Toaster: 2.  Use my nanogenerator to search for Ammo!  I need more missiles!
Dariush: Race
Maximum Mc Dreith: BE EMP'ed
Tyrin: Race
Scelly: If I make it to the Checkpoint, clear it. Otherwise if Monk12 gets in range, fire at fuel tanks. If anyone else gets in range fire at engines. Failing all of that, repairs.
Monk 12: Repair Kamikaze drones

Dariush trundles along[2+2], passing the disabled Max and Monk. Tyrin passes monk to, even while travelling at half speed[2+3]/2.
Luke Prowler suddenly finds him devoid of targets, as it appears he has taken the lead and can only fire forward. He ponders the possibility of riding back to get them a bit, but decides against it.
The starrunner fires both it's miselles and turrets at Luke. Both misseles[1] vs [4] and turrets[2] vs [5] miss.
Toaster pulls over, and he and his crewman look along the track for scrap metal and other useable stuff[6][1]. They find 7 units of ammunition.
Meanwhile Monk attemps some repairs at his Kamikaze drones.[5][5] They are completly repaired.

Weather forecast:(Should have been done on the previous turn to)(Extremely nice, nice, cloudy, raining, stormy ,heavy storm)

[6] Suddenly the heavy wind blowning on the circuits worsens and heavy downpours turn the circuit into a giant pool of mud, the lakes shores are being flooded and lighning and thunder follow each other every second.

(Nothing-Minor annoyance-Annoyance-Progress impeded-Possible path blockage-Chance of random damage)(The last 2 only happen during storms)
Land: [5] A mudslide comes down near Luke prowler. Progress might be difficult at tile 19( Count as an obstacle, see rules for explanation)

Water:[5] Below the Dam, the rivers flood, making passage near impossible at tile 26 because of a fallen tree.

Air  [3] In the air it isn't that bad, however the strong winds make landing near impossible(No search rolls next turn)

Reason: His family has a long history of racers, but after a legal dispute over thr rights of a logo, he could not afford the fancy speeders than have become common place. The AFWRC, on the other hand, allows for a lower standard.

Reason:  Toaster enjoys speed, money, women, and booze.  Since this race will cover two of the four, it's got his attention- and surely it'll impress the ladies, right?

So, I can use this race to test out my primary method of achieving world domination! They called me mad, they did! But I'll show them... Wait, I am mad. Well, I'll show them HOW mad I am! MUAHAHAHA!

Problem was, it was armed, which immediately put him in this death-race. Oh well.
His dream may or may not be the result of telepathy, alien tinkering or magical faries that are bored.

-Money
    -100 money is given to the first person every turn
    -100 money is given to the last person every turn
    -You get 200 moneys for passing start a checkpoint

The Armadillo tries to get itself back on track and in the race. A good start ruined by a lucky EMP. Alteast he wasn't last.

I like it. It's changed a few things and put in a few unexpected obstacles, which is entertaining.

I thought "Boat Shortcut" in the map meant a boat the racers could take to get ahead

Luke thought he was doomed when he felt an EMP from the WorldConq go off, believeing that his vehicle's electronic would be fried. By some incredible luck the wave seemed to not effect him, and raced ahead of the others while the starunner fails spectacularly to hit him with it's attacks. But with the horrid conditions ahead, keeping the lead may take all of his skills as a driver

It took Tyrin more than force of will to stop himself from banging the console. How in the world did that Solar fire NOT affect his target?! The Targeting System was alright...

Toaster cackles as the EMP fails to penetrate the metal hull of his craft.  "Thank you, Michael Faraday!"

He high-fives Steve as they cruise on from the EMP blast.  "Let's do this!"  Steve flexes for the crowd before returning to his controls.  The hovercraft then surges ahead.

Note: Minor rule change:

In order to prevent melee weapons from becoming completly useless, their range will be increased to 1. This rules counts from turn 11 and onwards.
