Is there a way to make creepers not destroy stuff? I am fine with being killed, but having important bits blown up and of course only like half of what they blow up actually drops... It gets old.

Come on man, you play DF sometimes, that would be like disabling HFS because you think it gets old when HFS flood your fortress with demons and magma

Not really, having a creeper wipe out several hours of redstone work is nothing like HFS, especially as you can easily avoid unleashing the HFS is Dwarf Fortress.

This is a vanilla server, so no.

I thiiink there is a jungle at around 160, -700.

When I try to join the server I get an error saying "Outdated Client" Pretty sure my client is up to date and so was the server's, is this just me?

It updated to a prerelease version.

Dr. Nick told me I've developed a severe case of Acute Busyitis, so I'll be decreasing my presence here and elsewhere accordingly.

Honestly just waiting for 1.2 would have been a better idea, but I guess that's done now.

In other news I'm trying to build one of them fancy mead-halls down near the coast in the snowy area near-ish to spawn.

Can anyone still around tell me where it is? I sorta want to make a path sorta place to my home, but I can't remember how to find the spawn.

A compass will point you to spawn. Also, you can try F3 and just make your way to 0,0.

Can't log on for some reason. It just says logging on and does nothing, guess I'll wait for 1.2.

You definitely have the right snapshot? 12w04a, not the earlier 12w03a (which has jungles but not ocelots)?
