Havye you ever wanted to as cool as Jim while proving that you're awesome at mafia? Did you ever want to know how it is to be in webadict's shoes, to be feared and respected by everybody? Or did you just want to be somebody else, for whatever reason?`Chances are you won't, but this is the closest you can get.
This is the second-and-some-more iteration of Bay12 Players' Mafia, in which all the roles are based of actual mafia players.
To prevent any confusion, role names will be
bolded while player names won't. Unless they happen to be identical (looking at you, Alexhans).
1)You do not talk about Mafia.
2)You do NOT talk about Mafia.
Aharharhar. But seriously. No mentioning the game anywhere else in the forums until its over.
1)Votes are in red, newer votes override older ones, no conditional votes, red text that isn't a player's name or a no-lynch vote will count as an unvote, etc.
2)Ties count as a no-lynch. No hammers. Extra or removed votes will not be displayed in the votecount.
3)Days last for approx. 72 hours, unless I derp and/or the day gets extended or shortened. Nights last 48 hours.
4)Votes for extensions or shortens must be in bold. Extensions need more than a third the players to vote for them minus any opposing votes, at a minimum of three votes, shortens need at least half the players to vote for them.
5)You may not PM any players about the game, post after I declare a day as ended, and please try to not edit your posts. If you do accidentally do so, undo these changes ASAP. Players who can communicate with each other will get their own topic to do so.
6)You may not quote any PM's by me, or generally any communication you had with us. Summaries thereof are cool, though.
7)Players, when dead, whill be allowed exactly one post in the main thread until the game is over. Said post may not contain any game relevant information, and is meant entirely for supporting one's team, bemoaning one's death, or insulting the enemy.
8)Try to post regularly. If you don't post within 36 hours of your next post, you will be prodded. If there's no new post after another 24 hours, you will be modkilled with extreme prejudice. If you know that you cannot post in a certain interval, notify me thereof or, if this is a lasting thing, ask for a replacement.
9)Play to win. If you don't, I will take the liberty to ban you from any further games I may be hosting in the future.
10)Players' abilities may override those rules.
