Ok, this is what I think: 20 women fish
30 men wood cutting to the north
10 men exploring, five bearing 5 goods, the others muskets and carrying a spare pike. make contact with at least one native group and give them the goods if they are trying to be peaceful.
focus building efforts on housing, using 15 women/31 men
20 men build the dock
As the winter cold sets in, fish become very hard to catch, only providing you with a meager catch of 40.
Lumbering gives you 60 wood. You put everything into the townhouses, but you still have a small gap to fill.
Surprisingly, even with the lack of a common language, and the imminent hostility displayed by your pikes (they do not understand the power of gunpowder, yet), you still managed to trade the trinkets, saying it is a gift from the king (your men did not say Spanish or Portuguese, of course, and even so it is of little interest to them). In return, you got a good pelt coat, in addition to a few processed pelts. Your men stated they will present these to the king - after putting them in the storehouse - and bid farewell.
6 male and 4 female colonists died from inadequate protection from the cold. A baby was born.

Improved presentation a bit. It should be clear where your progress is.
Note that you are Iberians at heart, even your interest lays very different from the median Iberian. If you do not specifically convince them peace is the better way, they will probably resort to force and looting.
