Yes. You make a 'lower' fortress which acts as the sewer for the upper fortress. The upper fortress is populated exclusively by nobles.

There are so few sensible ways to implement such a thing.
Also:
1. Rotting piles are the cleaner alternative to corpse ridden fields;
2. We don't cage babies with dogs. We raise them with dogs, and it's not to make them psycho's, it's to train them;
3. We farm a lot of things;
4. Why should they honestly?

And you're just trying to push your warped love of poop onto others. Really I wouldn't mind if Toady implemented body waste in some way. I also wouldn't care if he never did. I'd rather he spend his time on something actually interesting though.

Because it makes sense, and because i want to fill an elves mouth with poop.
Oh god.. it would count as an organic materials.. poo golems rolling your way to stench your fortress in brown.
