Nope, short of forcing them to go insane and hoping for bezerkers, and if you did find some way of doing so youd end up with a loyalty cascade...

Or set a very low popcap so that after the 2 hardcoded waves you will "probably" not get any more migrants.

Bear in mind you always have the option of "accidentally" causing a cave in on top of them, "accidentally" lowering a drawbridge while they're working under it, "accidentally" flooding their bedrooms, or any number of other "accidents."

No, once berserk, Dorfs become an enemy of your civ, and former members, killing them gives no loyalty cascades

Heh, upon re-reading it wasnt too clear. I meant no you cant, unless you make them bezerk, and even if you could order them killed when non bezerk, you would get a cascade, like killing the caravan gets you...
