Hold on, we can get ships other than those mentioned?

If possible, change mine to a Carrack  :D

No. Starting ship is only the three mentioned. Mr.Pirate gets a sloop because he starts at Nato. 33 days to get to Europe :P

Name: Mehmed Vahdettin
Nationality: Ottoman Empire
Ship of choice: Small Caravel
Job: Spinned Goods Merchant
Starting city: Copenhagen

Someone said the Ottoman Empire was open? Still looking for a player?

Questions: What does a look-out do, exactly? I assume a storage increases  capacity, but no idea on the look-out. Actually, I have an idea, but it is merely a guess.

I assume the 'Number Sold' variable indicates how much you can buy of that particular item? And if you have the right Trade:X skill, you can buy more of whatever X that might be?

Is the last known price how much it buys and sells for? I assume that this varies between cities? (Although on the sheet some cities don't display the buying price of an item that is available for sale in another city.)

That map is far too recent, it has Germany and Italy. Still, any hopes of Sweden becoming availiable? Here is a good one for the Age of Discovery:

DON'T pay attention to the boundry lines. They are a LIE! It is actually because I couldn't be bothered with erasing them. I needed a strong, clean and simple blank map.

also, this game is more the Imperial age than the age of discovery.

Near the Carribeans. You have to sail 33 days to get to Europe. Even though you are a pirate, you can trade. Might as well smuggle > .>

May we, perchance, RP using the NPC merchants?

Nope :/

I'm just following the original here.

Also FYI, all Romance language nationalities are assumed to know all Romance languages, that is Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and French. The English sailor knows English, Spanish, German, and one more I forgot.

Suggestion/Question: Could we post our turns when we get to our location?

And could we all wait until everyone posts, so the trouble of many page information skips won't become apparent  :D .

Timezones.
