Luke will turn of all the lights and Luke will go to neighbors house to see if they have a generator to borrow and say to them "All my lights are out for no reason i need to borrow your generator"

Ok. so, to cover all my bases, you want to roll to see if you can get a neighbor, roll to see if they didn't spot your lights on in the first place, roll to see if you can convince them to part with a $500+ item (not including fuel to run it {if you ask for that too}), and roll to see if you can make it back home before next tern, when the zombies overrun your neighborhood?
