Your backup character is essentially a miniature Hitler, to this, I shall accept no other explanation. His morality, not being good, not being evil, and not being neutral, has no general color. Because he is Hitler, but considers himself the epitome of all that is good, he has bright black. Because he does not feasibly fall on any other standard alignment path, he is neon yellow.
