Hold on... Ignoring Melritch's lack of a bloodstream, how come my Elemental took no poison damage, yet Melritch did?

Your Element is immune to that type of Poison, and you are not.

Well, by level two of the dungeon, I'll have hopefully leveled up and picked up a bow, so if I plan ahead, I can probably shake off the number difference fairly well with summons and ranged attacks.

Just make sure you don't waste time meditating to summon all 5 Elementals, and then return to full mana: Monsters will actively spawn from certain areas in the dungeon.

I had planned on doing most of the summoning outside of battle.

Time still passes outside of battle.

So I've got 4 level 4s to contend with.

Azthor, you seem to be the person here who is the most use to overwhelming odds while fighting alongside minions. Tactical suggestions?
Right now I'm hoping that I can bottleneck them in the hallway and wear them down as they chase me through the dungeon...

Time still passes, but I won't waste as much mana or turns on meditation. I can just hammer through fights if it gets too time consuming.

TK: Not sure if it helps, but abusing summons seems to work for me.

[EDIT]
Didn't I have a lot of scraps of cloth from that shirt I cut up? What happened to those?

Shouldn't I have been warned of which the elemental, due to his immunity, had shrugged off the would be poison damage?

Thatkid, against these 4 Golems the only guaranteed option is to flee. Alternatively, you may either sacrifice your skeletons to lure them away from you and sneak through one of the doors or see if there is anything special regarding the scribbled tile in the northern wall. Remember, 500 HP enemies aren't just hard to kill, they tend to come with compatible damage values; not to mention these are stone golems, they probably have defense up the wazoo.

Just as you can't see what your minions see, you didn't find out about the poison immunity because you didn't know there was poison to begin with.

He did see, but he edited his old post, that's why I didn't see it myself.

Also, I think there is a mistake in the last post, the one who could have triggered the trap that turn should have been the Brown Elemental. Melritch had already passed it.

Yep.

Looks like it's time for a decoy run...

Ah, it did hit him, but I forgot to update the text at the top. My internet is going crazy, and it's driving me crazy. I'm losing it at least twice every 5 minutes.

My internet seems to be taking an equally perplexing dip. It went from its normal speeds to being slower than when I actually lose my internet.

Oh, but I do appear to have been subtracting their mana instead... I was wondering why I supposedly hadn't subtracted the Cyan Elemental's Health... I was looking at his mana.
