Why would I want a sanctuary? Caboose is a nomadic atheist, he wants nothing to do with temples of any sort, and doesn't stay in one spot unless he has to.

Well, if I were to put it bluntly:
1. You were an elf.
2. You are a vampire (my fault, really).

Fantastic Racism aside, there is no way I'd want a pack of +Level all stats or, in total darkness, +2Level all stats, humanoids wandering the countryside.

Chaos, Melritch is an Undead Abomination, that is unquestionable,  but he performed the ritual himself; Caboose was forced into it and, at least sometime ago, good/neutral enough not to want to feed on humans.

Unless anyone else wants me to Vampboosify them, any other vampires in the "clan" would be coming from Chaos Armor.

You know you can turn NPCs into vampires, no?

Any NPCs I turn into a snack will either be dead, or the blood will come out through methods other than biting.

You can probably make it so that they don't  become vampires, but I do not see why it was called a Clan in the first place if there is only two vampires.

A clan is just a group of people, it doesn't particularly matter what size it is.

I do recall Caboose having swore revenge before. I may be mistaken though. Also, a clan can never start as a group of two people. The two of you aren't united by a common ancestor, one of you IS the ancestor, you'd need at least a 3rd person to be able to even remotely consider calling it such.

That is correct. And the only comment regarding going Larloch on you was also done in OOC. You'd need to pull off something alarming for Melritch to notice you once more; there are not even rumours of you at the present.

As a person who, once upon a time, flipped the fuck out about OOC discussion and proceeded to make threats to metagame and player-kill, I hardly think you can complain about someone making OOC plans to kill you after you proceeded to make OOC threats in their direction.

Well, there are definitely rumors about Caboose, but they're probably not that far spread, and definitely not about him being a vampire.

There's quite a bit of a difference between making OOC doomsday plans, and making OOC rivalry plans.
