Ah, that explains it. And the redness.

Vampires! I'm guessing you need an organic victim to fill your hunger right?

As far as I know, anything that bleeds counts.

Although Humanoids/Intelligent creatures restore the most hunger.

Since you probably didn't see...

Yes, I saw.

It gets difficult to tell, considering the topic of the conversations in this thread changes roughly once every 10-11 posts. Hopefully I can find something violent in the trapdoor area to turn into a meal. I'm already down to like 60% full. That's no good.

Well even if you don't, it's a nice dark place to spend the day if you manage to starve yourself.

What worries me more is how the forests had nothing violent in them. This is a game, games aren't supposed to feature realistic forests where things aren't constantly violent for no reason.

Are you talking about forests in general, or the ones we have in Medieval, because I'm one to oppose this statement.  ;)

Chainsaw wielding bears don't tend to gather just outside of large towns.

Edit: Plus, losing isn't fun in Medieval, because you have to go through making a completely new character.

If I starve, I'm going to be stuck in the trapdoor room almost indefinitely since light will become fatal. Seems just a tad less fun.

'Indefinitely'? Days aren't that long. :P

A)Caboose waits until nightfall

Crisis averted.

Reminds me much of the classical roguelike. Preserve your life at all costs as there is no save button to abuse.[/totally off topic]

Is it possible to team up with more than two players and then journey out into a group adventure? Thought has been on my mind for quite a while.

Of course. Just make sure you're ready for things to possibly get a little slower, waiting for everyone to reply.

Days aren't that long, but the trapdoor room is the only place I know is perfectly safe to be in. I need to learn me some more lightning spells so I can stun people.
Do I have to drink all of the blood in an NPC's body, or can I just drink a blood donation's worth?

You don't have to drink it all. But I thought you planned on drinking the blood of animals?
