Interesting...

I doubt the cavern's we're all messing around in are related to any sort of invasion force, considering they're filled with undead. More likely catacombs.
Or, maybe, there's some sort of mad dwarven wizard at play here...

Do I get to reanimate, this time on my side, that beautiful mountain of bones? It'd be my first real thug.

Well, you'll need 20 EP, and maybe a few replacement parts/bones if you mess it up too badly during the fight... But it's safe to say it probably won't be going anywhere.

"If I mess it too badly"? Does that mean it is somehow possible to disable it without bringing his condition to 0 HP?

Not with your current spells/abilities, but a hunk of stone flying at the construct at a high speed would do a lot more damage to the bones themselves than an Arcane Bolt would.

From what you say, is it safe to deduce that a high level necromancer can quite much try and "Control Undead" outright?

It feels like Caboose has moved maybe twenty feet since the start of the game. I'm not sure why.

The question of how hard it would be to tame a small, friendly rodent without training was never answered.

That's probably just because of how big the thread is, it makes you think you've been playing a lot more than you really have, when really it's been a lot of people playing at once. :P

EDIT: (Hit post instead of preview.) It would be difficult, but it would probably be one of the easier animals to tame.

Those scary, scary flowers. One question, did the number of flowers eaten = the number of other world turns taken?

No, I ended the dream because you had nothing left to do.

Also: You should probably only go to the ruins if you're prepared for a very long adventure. If it isn't something you'd want to spend a lot of time doing, you probably shouldn't go. :P

Other than throwing my sword, which is practically useless given it's structure and not barging into the Palace, yes. I was lost. But it was fun!

I'm prepared for a long adventure. I mean, how long can it really be? [/overconfidentenoughtoinvitedeath]

Pretty long actually. :P It'd end up becoming a major part of the plot if you succeeded.

Also: Looking for Leon DuGrail isn't a good idea, I'm not sure if you've realized who he is or not, but if you haven't; Just take my word for it.

Hm, well I don't think I have much to do, other than survival. I have no current idea who Leon DuGrail is, nor do I care (in character) about what lies out of my current knowledge in cities and towns.

So...yes. I think I'll go on that. And even die trying.

Y'know, after a trip home or something.

@Aninmouse: Bringing this over to the OOC thread.

You know, you are the GM Anin. Make something happen! Maybe we can get involved in Elven Court Intrigue. Join a holy crusade to distant lands? Something.

I mean, even in a peaceful land *something* is happening. So, make it happen to me and SC. :P

Mad Liches, Rebellious Vampires, Undead Warlocks... There is a surprising abundance of immortal undead running amock. You ought to do something about it, good/neutral PCs, or you will soon find the continent isn't quite as lively as it used to be.

Mad Liches, Rebellious Vampires, Undead Warlocks... There is a surprising abundance of immortal undead running amock. You should really form a 'good team', lest the world be shafted by high level evil PCs.
Without us, the adventuring business module would be in shambles!
It's a thankless task, but someone's got to do it.
